    • It's pretty important -- it can take up a lot of my time that I'd be bored otherwise.

How important are video games in your life?

Video games definitely have a big role in my life. As a hobby, a way to pass the time, a means to get engrossed in a story with strong characters, a way to make my own story, and hopefully as a career (still aiming to be a game developer).

They aren't the MOST important thing, though. My other core values will always take priority over a game.

Ive lived without video games for half of my life and I know if I was born in this day and age I would be addicted as I am now

I've been playing video games for 12 years. They are pretty important to me. I use them as a way to pass the time, meet new characters and hear a new story, have some fun, etc. I have gotten bored with video games, so I wouldn't say that they rule my life or anything like that, but I still definitely love video games

'A lot -- it's something I couldn't live without.'

I grew up playing videogames and going on the computer a lot, partially 'cause my Dad was into computers and worked with them. So I'd often end up with a console for my Birthday or Christmas (eg. GBC, GBA SP, DS, GC, DS Lite, Wii, PS2, 3DS) all of which I still have. xD Pokémon's always been a huge favourite of mine ever since I was little and got a GBC and Pokémon Red, and quite honestly I couldn't live without Kingdom Hearts after playing it, it's like my trademark game series.

Not to mention reality is pretty depressing. xD So videogames are an effective way to get away from it, for me. It sounds kinda sad/pathetic, but I'd probably be worse off if I didn't have them.

Videogames, drawing and writing are my top 3 things to be doing.

I don't play them a whole lot after I beat them. (but the next time I start playing I tend to try getting it to 100%) So its not a huge hobby of mine. But KH, TWEWY, and some of the FFs are sources for my inspiration. I thought about being a game designer but I prefer to go into animation and be a storyboarder or maybe an animation director (such as the 2 guys who created Avatar TLA and TLoK). I basically want to be the Nomura of a TV series or movie.

So playing games themselves is not so important, but art and story are extremely important. :D

Besides I have too many hobbies to EVER be bored (except when I can't decide what to do).

My entire life. The only way I can tempt myself to completre homework quickly is if I have some sort of consol or game sitting near me. If I didn't have them i'd probably die of boredom.

I love to play video games, but I would not say they are the most important things in my life. They are a great stress reliever and provide entertainment. They also provide a bonding time for me and my sister. :)

tutti frutti. I would say that they are pretty important in my life, to which as a hobby, meet new people and to kill time. Though not to the point to where it's an obsession.
