LightningXIII 310 Posted June 28, 2012 Am I the only person who found the environment in Birth By Sleep to be a little too bland? There was good detail, but once I go back to play the game on a completed file, there isn't a lot to do in worlds but beat unversed and maybe aim for 100% completion. I found a large improvement in KH3D, where you can interact with the environment in many more ways than just walking around and beating enemies,especially with Flowmotion. Oishii 3,987 Posted June 28, 2012 I thought this as well. Not really bland but very one leveled. I think it may be due to trying to control issues with the camera that they made the environment this way. They also limited the aerial abilities which I found frustrating. And any aerial command you used, the camera was controlled by the engine. So I think they were just trying to keep from having camera issues without the second analog, but it had the effect to make everything very singular and uninteresting. Luckily, DDD pushes for the trend for more dynamic environments.
