Halara lay down, her hands behind her head. 'wonder what else there's to do in this town...' she wondered, closing her eyes.

Zen had a look around the Third District thinking So this is where Sora began his first journey? Darkol was in a well hidden spot, observing Zen with great interest.

Darkol: Before fighting him, lets see how he does against some lesser creatures. Darkol summons three Soldiers and Sergeants to surround Zen.

Zen: "Heartless?! Just when I was having a peacful moment!" He then brings out his Dividing Hold and gets into a battle stance.

Halara got up and decided to take a walk. "il see you later kain." she said, heading toward third district. Halara sighed.

Zen slashed two of the soldiers while blocking a sergeant attack with his gunblade. Zen: Maybe these heartless were purposely brought here. But then who or why would anyone send monsters after me?

 

Darkol: Hm, that's good, but not what I was looking for. Darkol spots Halara walking into the district. Darkol: Who is this? Maybe I'll fight her after I'm done with this guy.

"See ya," Night said. He shook his head and punched the wall. "Damn it!" he said to himself. "Making friends with the enemy... 'I'll be your prisoner anytime,' what was that? It's not like I'm..." he stopped. "If I don't perform my duty, I'm a traitor and I'll disgrace my family more!" said Kain. He sat on a nerby crate, eating and pondering his course of action.

Halara spotted zen fighting, and got out her weapon. "hey, what's going on?" she yelled. 'I haven't seen much heartless around if any. Is someone controlling them?' she thought.

Zen: "That's what I've figured stranger." Zen proceeds to slice a sergeant in half.

 

Darkol: So she is going to fight as well? This might add a special twist. Darkol chuckles a bit, curios for an interaction.

"need any help?" halara asked. Halara could feel a dark power, and a chill ran up her spine, but she ignored it.

Zen: "Well"

 

Darkol: You certainly need some for this one!! Then a Guard Armor falls from the sky, forming itself after crashing.

 

Zen: "Yeah that would be nice right now!" Now my experience is really starting to be like Sora.

Halara ran into the fight. "finally a challenge!" she said. Halara jumped up and hit the gaurd armor with big force.

Zen used a blitz to wipe out the weaker heartless and charged towards bigger threat. Zen: "Done with the small fry, now for this thing!" Zen took down the left leg,but had to jump back from a fist slam.

 

Darkol: Heh, this girl is a bit good, but come on man! Release your darkness for crying out loud!!

Halara shot a few ice shards toward an arm, freezing it. She then jumped up, and slashed the arm, shattering it like Ice. "this is gonna take a while..." she said.

Zen tried to attack the other leg, but was punched in the stomach and kicked back to the ground. Zen: "Now you made me mad!" Darkness began surging out of Zen, forming two dark waves to destroy the remaining arm and leg. Zen saw what he did and calmed himself before moving forward.

 

Darkol: Yes, that is the destructive power I've been waiting for! Darkol had a huge grin on his face, laughing with some insanity.

Halara was surprised at the dark energy, but kept fighting. "alright, just a head and the body left." she said. She shot more ice, this time taking aim for the head.

Zen: If she got the head, then I get the body! Zen morphed the gunblade into its' gun form, fired some bullets, and finished with a cross slash.

 

Darkol: He stoped using the darkness?! That no good little... Darkol started getting a little irritated with what has developed.

Halara took a slash for the head, finishing the gaurd armor. "let's just hope it dosent turn into opposite armor." she said with crossed arms.

Zen: "Yeah, I don't want fight anymore heartless."

 

Darkol: Don't worry; you'll be facing something much worse very soon!!

 

Zen: "In any case, before anything else happens, let me say thanks for the help. My name is Zen Koi; what's yours?

"it's halara. And your welcome." said halara. She sat down, leaning against the ally wall. "I haven't seen much heartless around, but why would this one just come out of no where?" halara had a confused look. "by the way, have you seen an animal that's list anywhere?" she said.

Zen: "Well Halara, as far as the heartless go, I think someone behind the scenes sent them to test me in some way." Zen had his eyes closed, trying to think of why anyone would do this. Zen: "As for the 'animal', I'm not sure what you mean."

 

Darkol: Sure have your little conversation for the moment, I can wait to come up unexpectedly.

"a wolf." said halara. "I'm looking for my companion." halara had an ice arch above her. "it got lost when I was fighting heartless..." she said.

Zen: "Sorry, can't say I've seen a wolf, but since you helped me with a fight with heartless, I'll help you look for it. You must really care about it don't you?"

 

Darkol: Hm, I can use this info to my advantage. Darkol had a grin on face while conjuring a plan. Darkol: Things are going to get interesting around here.

"thanks." said halara. Another chill ran up her spine, and the feeling of being watched grew. "hey, do you have a weird feeling? Like we're being watched?" she said. Her ice arch melted, and she began to feel worried.

Zen: "Yeah, I felt it before the heartless attacked."

 

Darkol: Now is the time to make my appearence. Darkol uses a dark corridor to crash some feet infront of Zen and Halara.

 

While clapping, Darkol yells: "Bravo for taking down the heartless! A shame you didn't use darkness throughout the entire fight."

 

Zen had a sudden burst of rage when he saw Darkols face. Zen shouts out "YOU!", intsantly warps above Darkol, attempting to slash him down with his Dividing Hold. But Darkol blocked it in time and says "You certainly are strong". A crater forms from the collision and Zen jumps back to readdressing a thought.

"who are you?!" yelled halara, getting up while getting her weapon. "you must've been the one controlling gaurd armor!" halara got into a battle stance.

Zen: "What are you doing here murderer?!?

 

Darkol: "To answere your question 'Halara' my name is Darkol, a commander of the Dark side army. Yes I was the one who sent that heartless. As for you Zen, I came to witness how much darkness you had inside.

 

Zen: "So you sent all those heartless just so I'd release that power?"

 

Darkol: "Yes, but you didn't use it throughout the entire battle, so I come before you and your associate with a question of my own. Does creature look familiar to you?" Darkol summons a dark cage that contains some sort of animal.
