riku1123 11 Posted June 23, 2012 So I downloaded the DLC for Arkham City from Steam, and the email said that it would just show up on the game. So I checked out the game, and guess what wasn't there. So I checked out some forums, and they said you had to redeem the code, so I did, but it said that the code wasn't valid, even though I copy and pasted. So I went back to the forums, and they said to put the code on the "Games for Windows Live" website. So I tried to log in, using my email which I had to provide to set up the game because you need a live profile, but then it was trying to set me up with a new profile, which won't help me since all my data is on my old profile. So now I have no idea what to do, and I know I should have probably put this on a forum that actually has to do with this, but then I would have had to create a new profile and that takes time.
