Im not very sure what is going on in the beginning of kh3d. when they are on the raft is that them when they are first transitioned into the realm of sleep? and what is ansem saying after the 2 drowned? and how and why is ansem there anyways.

I don't recall seeing a scene that included ansem in the drowning scene.

after sora and riku fell to ursula i think, after that it shows ansem in his brown hood saying something

i'm not to sure, but i think is that he is leading them to the next world. Testuya Nomura said that O13 is leading them through the worlds, so maybe since it's the beginning YMX isn't introduced yet and it is him who sets riku and sora to the first world. He also said yen sid didn't even know what world they may visit. So that could be it
