You have to pay $250 to buy the Vita in the first place, so of course it's going to cost less money to buy the game, instead of ONLY paying $60 to buy the PS3 or 360 version of the game plus another $20 for the characters. Besides, I couldn't care less if it's locked on the disc or put out later. Either way, Capcom could make the content early and just not put it on the disc and you would pay the same amount for the same content at the same time. It's really not that big of a deal. The only problem I have with it is that while the rest of us pay for it, hackers can get it for free. P.S. I am not a Capcom fanboy, because the only games of theirs that I play are Dragon's Dogma and sometimes I play Devil May Cry. I am looking at it purely from a 3rd party standpoint. dusk 910 Posted June 15, 2012 Not first time when Capcom has done this, but I hate their excuses most: "We didn't have enough budget to make it into game" Errr, how couldn't their budget be enough if content was already on disk?? Its not like I hate Capcom with passion, but I can't understand why they are ruining their games, because of their creed for money...

Wow, is this a serious post? You imply that you have to buy a Vita...but don't have to buy a PS3 or 360 in the first place... I just hope that i'm misunderstanding something here. I just hope that i'm misunderstanding something here. You are right, but far more people already own a PS3 or 360 as opposed to the number of people that own a VIta. Plus, more people are happy with the PS3 or 360, as opposed to the number of people that are happy with the Vita. The Vita is new and needs a marketing shove. That's what this is. I don't know about you, but I along with many other people would rather play the game on an actual console, not a handheld. So, they decided to put these characters out early and free of charge, in an attempt to sell a new system, that not many people have or will have to begin with. There is nothing wrong with gimmicks used to sell a system. Edited June 15, 2012 by Ertyx
darklunatic 81 Posted June 16, 2012 Metal snake 1. your just a fan boy gone mad at them over something thats not much 2.if you hate them with a passion then stop buying there danm games and shut up 3.they cancelled megaman cause the person who created megaman left stating to game informer that there was no where higher to climb in capcom so stop being a big baby about something so small cause you probably going to go buy there next game
kalnet 1,198 Posted June 17, 2012 Capcom isn't the only game company who were doing these practises. I don't mind having DLC's. Just make sure it's not like a "Real Ending DLC" and "buy and download a character just to realized they will be releasing "Ultimate super fun time *insert game name here*" game later throughout the year and you can't use the new characters in the old game ala Marvel VS Capcom 3/Street Fighter." Ace326 79 Posted June 21, 2012 Well it is frustrating that they did this, but regardless stxt is a great game and at least the ps3 had cole lol. I feel like the game is so good that I forgave Capcom for charging more for characters on disc. Although alot of companies do this and most dont even get caught. Zenithia 305 Posted June 21, 2012 tutti frutti. Capcom is on the lower level of my list of favorit developers. The only games that I like at this point are Megaman, Devil May Cry, though I feel like there should be another one, but eh. I think that it is ridiculous that we have to dish out $60 for a game, and the pay an extra amount of money to complete the game itself. Metal snake 1. your just a fan boy gone mad at them over something thats not much 2.if you hate them with a passion then stop buying there danm games and shut up 3.they cancelled megaman cause the person who created megaman left stating to game informer that there was no where higher to climb in capcom so stop being a big baby about something so small cause you probably going to go buy there next game Metal Snake has a point. Why pay all that money for a game and then pay extra just to receive the rest of the game? In my opinion, that's a crappy way to milk money out of us. Sure there are people who are willing and able to do stuff like that, but not everybody is willing to dish out the extra cash just to get the remaining portion of a game.
