Aqua is fine and alive, Even 12 years after being in the world of darkness. In the secret video she meets Ansem the Wise, He states it's been one year since he last saw Sora ( Which was at The climax of KHII). So Ansem the Wise is alive and so is Aqua and they are together.. So.. HOORAY
