I am a bit afraid to tell her and tell my family, but that is just me. I dont know much about you, but if you like this girl then pull yourself together talk to her and get to know her better. Try being her friend- BUT not a very good friend-Cuz then she will going to be seeing differently. Find out what does she like tv shows, singers cuz believe me you will drag her attention mentioning things that she likes. Try doing things that will impress her..
