Amon 4,279 Posted June 9, 2012 For too long we have been oppressed by benders! Ask yourself this, what good has bending possibly brought to this world? Bending is what started the 100 year war, a war that claimed millions of innocent lives. All of the crime organizations in Republic City consist almost exclusively of benders as well, who use their powers to oppress those who were not born as benders. And what have Non-Benders contributed? Nearly 80 years ago The Mechanist invented ways to make it possible for mankind to fly without being an Airbender. In recent history, Hiroshi Sato revolutionized nearly every aspect of how we look at technology. Everyday, as Non-Benders create, the Benders destroy. I have tried to find a peaceful resolution, yet each day I see that the bending community isn't willing to be as peaceful as I am. Our rallies have been attacked, Chi-Blocking, an art that has provided a way for Non-Benders to protect themselves has been made illegal to learn. Just a few days ago, the Metal Bending Police Force rounded up and imprisoned hundreds of innocent non-benders and just today, Councilman Tarrlok has been discovered to use Bloodbending to control others! Clearly, the Benders have declared war on us Non-Benders. So how does one win a war? If we look back 80 years ago, the 100 year war ended when Fire Lord Ozai had his bending taken away. That is exactly what I strive to do. I will remove each person's bending, one, by one. I will do it all my life if I have to. Anything to see the filth plaguing this world purged forever. The era of bending is over! The era of equality has begun! 10 DChiuch, MisguidedBliss, Aqua7KH and 7 others reacted to this

Kinode 3,056 Posted June 9, 2012 (edited) This took too long. Let's end this once and for all. Also you should add a poll. Edited June 9, 2012 by Kinode 1 Amon reacted to this
XIIISwords 1,059 Posted June 9, 2012 I honestly thought this poll was going to be about Americans being lazy and not wanting to bend over. 5 Macroxen, waytothexdawnx, Amon and 2 others reacted to this
Amon 4,279 Posted June 9, 2012 This took too long. Let's end this once and for all. Also you should add a poll. A poll is unnecessary, the benders just manipulated the voting systems to put whoever they wanted in power. One party rule is the only solution. 1 Kinode reacted to this

Benders are the scum of the earth and we Equalist do not drool. Most of us wear mask, imagine how inconvenient that would be.

Ultimus Grid 546 Posted June 9, 2012 I find that your inability to use a word other than "baka" in your failed attempts to insult me suggest that your brain is no larger than mine. She can't even airbend, some avatar. So she's a little behind on her airbending. She will eventually master it. Amon can't even be bloodbended. The best way for the Avatar to survive and keep her bending is by running away. Maybe I missed the episode where that happens, because I don't remember that. And didn't Aang face some hard obstacles in his journey?
Amon 4,279 Posted June 9, 2012 (edited) Amon can't even be bloodbended. The best way for the Avatar to survive and keep her bending is by running away. Wherever she runs, we will find her. We have spies and sleeper agents in every nation, in every town. If we could find where Tarrlok hid her in less than 24 hours, while the police were still scratching their heads, we could find her anywhere. So she's a little behind on her airbending. She will eventually master it. Avatar Aang "saved" the world when he was 12. Korra is now 17 and can't even "save" one city, let alone produce even a tiny bit of wind. The Avatar is obsolete, it's purpose has been fulfilled. Edited June 9, 2012 by Fredfredbug4 1 xBerserkerSaix07x reacted to this

hawk222 152 Posted June 9, 2012 Do I get the cool gadgets if I join? Also, what is the punishment for defecting? Would you ever allow Benders to join your movement? If so, would you make use of their abilities, or would you remove their bending immediately upon joining?
Amon 4,279 Posted June 9, 2012 Do I get the cool gadgets if I join? Also, what is the punishment for defecting? Would you ever allow Benders to join your movement? If so, would you make use of their abilities, or would you remove their bending immediately upon joining? People who join shouldn't be in it for the gadgets, but for creating equality. The equipment you receive will be based on what you do within the organization. We have never had a defector before, however defectors will be punished severely. Benders are not permitted to join for they will render our group impure. Should a bender manage to make it into the group, they will be seen as spies and have their bending removed. AnsemTheWise 1,114 Posted June 9, 2012 The era of bending is over! The era of equality has begun! Don't be fooled by the lies of the "Equalists"! They claim that the Benders abuse their abilities, using them to bully the Non-Benders of our wonderful city. But look at them! They attack innocent Benders. Their "defensive" Chi-Blocking training has been witnessed to be utilized in Equalist raids, most notably during the attack on the Pro Bending Finals. And on top of that, they have been discovered to be manufacturing weapons for their purification campaign. Their prime example of Mechanist contribution Hiroshi Sato, president of Future Industries, is a confirmed equalist suporter and the manufacturer of these weapons! Chief Beifong and the Metal Bending Taskforce confirms these crimes, and yet the new lead officer, "Chief" Saikan, refuses to take actiuon against the ever-growing threat of Equalist attacks! Remember what Republic City represents! Avatar Aang build this glorious city with the help of Fire Lord Zuko, the Fire Nation working hand-in-hand with the remnants of the Air Temples that they destroyed to rebuild a better world. The Equalists say that bending is waht started the 100 Years War, but it is also what ended it! Avatar Aang used his power to remove Fire Lord Ozai's bending; not out of spite or hatred, but because Aang believed that he need not kill to reach an end to the conflict! Brothers and sisters, whether we can bend the elements or not we are one and the same! Suppose a man could fly with neither the aid or bending nor machinery. Should we oppress him because we cannot do the same? Amon and his Equalists would remove bending from our world, and in doing so condemn it! We cannot sit idly by and simply wait for his terroristic threats! We must rise up against Amon! Only by routing these "Equalists" can we truly be equal! 2 lizzie1238 and Kaiso reacted to this
