KHBbS Why Sora, Riku, And Kairi have keyblades. And why Ven looks like Roxas, *Spoilers*

Kairi doesn't quite have a keyblade, the only reason why Aqua was interested in her is because she was a princess of heart, that being said she doesn't quite need to have a keyblade. It would make her "spoiled" for lack of a better word. Plus, there's no actual cutscene where she gives Kairi any sort of power.

 

Kairi will not necessarily have a keyblade, at least not for any reason that has been identified yet. Remember that Riku gave her the keyblade instead of earning it.

 

Darn, I forgot about Riku giving it to her.. Well either way, I'm sure once you've actualy HELD a keyblade, That you get some sort of ability to wield it. It would make some sense seeing as how Terra let Riku hold his Key for a split second because he saw KHII Riku for some odd reason(And a strange man).

If you gain the ability to wield a Keyblade just by being given it to hold, I'm expecting to see Jack Sparrow kicking some major ass in KH3, personally.

If you gain the ability to wield a Keyblade just by being given it to hold, I'm expecting to see Jack Sparrow kicking some major ass in KH3, personally.

 

Rite of Succession busts that theory. Sora's not a master, and even then, he didn't hold the Keyblade out to Jack like Terra did to Riku, both holding it at the same time. Jack was able to hold it for a while because Sora had willed the Keyblade to let him do so, just to humor him until he called it back.
