KHBbS Ven is alive! And no longer in a coma, Here's why. *SPOILERS*

Ven put his heart in Soras body in BBS, So when Sora unlocked his heart with the keyblade in KH1 to return Kairi, Vens heart was returned. And when a nobody and heartless die, the original person returns. Which explains Why ven and terra are there at the secret ending of BBS which takes place a year after KHII. Also Aqua is with Ansem the Wise. So now everyones back alive. But so is Master Xehanort..

well for ven its sort of complicated i think roxas only had a heart because the piece of vens heart in sora probably went with sora maybe when they used back the piece of vens heart went back to him. by the way wasnt terras heart in is suit? also xemnes was terras soul and the heartless ansem was master xehanorts. but didnt master xehanorts body gone thats why he put his heart within terra so i think master xehanort isnt back i could be wrong though.

Master Xehanort put his heart in Terranort. So maybe he returned to his original state once Xemnas died. But also, Terras soul(Lingering Sentiment) regained an actual body. Which explains Terra and Ven saying Sora.

Alright,let me clarify some things, Atleast, the best i can, yes, when sora sacrificed his heart in KH1, he also realesed Ven's(possibly leading to a widespread Org. XIII Confusion to where, they All THINk hes Sora's nobody, but really Ven's) but, the secret ending was never specified as what point they all take place in, It could take place Right after KH2, or all at different times, We dont know, Also, when a nobodie and a heartless of a Person die, it was never confirmed the original Person is reborn, Roxas "Died" at the beggining of KH2 to "Revive" sora, But in actuality, Namine', ansem the wise, and Riku had trapped Roxas in the virtual twilight town program to transfer His memories back to soras Body(Hooked up to the same compter mainframe as theone running the virtual twilight town), it doesnt mean that because he died, Sora automaticly comes back

And, also, The lingering Sentinent never regained its body, as shown at the end of terra's scenario of BBS, as M Xehanort transferred his heart to terra, All terras memories were left behind in his armor, it has no body, its just all of terra's memories being left behind into a shell(almost like a nobody)

Not entirely true. Sora and Roxas were still separated and functioning during KH2, he just regained his memories and subtly continued his goal. The reason why Roxas took Ven's appearance, is because Sora has the ability to connect hearts, therefore harbouring Ven's. When he took his own life in KH1 Roxas was born and the hearts were released. in 358, the main mystery is whether Roxas had a heart or not. This could mean that he never had a heart of his own and was just harbouring Ven's until he would return to Sora

Okay, Roxas did Join with Sora. In the world that never was before the last Boss, Roxas becomes one with Sora just as Namine becomes one with Kairi.
