Anthony17 40 Posted June 6, 2012 okay I looked on IGN and they said there is to be a 3DS that is going to be as big as the DSIXL and it is coming this summer. most likely to be in august really. so who is going to get it? And the 3DS is actually selling very well compared to other handhelds... *cough ps vita cough* so there is not a need for them to be making a different version now. Maybe in another year or two yes. but not now. I don't even think it will have an extra circle pad personally. Because the CPP is like a nunchuck on wii. it adds functionality for some games but it is not needed for everything. (for 3DS its not actually needed at all) and adding that would require them to add the extra buttons on the back as well, calling for an entire redesign of the hardware. not out of the picture, but not likely as the CPP is only for use in a few games right now.
