This website links to a variety of relevant Square Enix pages, links to many places where you can pre-order the game for North America, and features the E3 2012 trailer for Kingdom Hearts 3D. THEY don't know it's not, and since most parents buy these expensive toys for their 6 year olds, they are probably concerned. I'm 17 and that 3D still messed up my eyes a bit, because they aren't able to focus. Most people aren't like that, but they need to place that there to make sure they don't get sued.
