Meaning of the Blue eyes

Lot of talk about bad guys having golden eyes and such.

 

But to me almost every-single keyblade hero has blue eyes? (Atleast Sora, Roxas, Kairi, Ventus, Aqua and Terra. Master Xenahort has golden (Cause hheess evvill) Riku has green (But he obtaines KB after Sora) and Mickey has black)

and IDK ? maybe, it's a cultural thing in Japan *IDK SERIOUSLY it's a stupid idea but yeah* or maybe the creators think blue eyes symbolizes something or MAYBE Nomura likes blue eyes OR MAYBE it's just a coincidence? LOL but i don't mind, i have blue eyes! o-o

Actually, Kairi's eyes look violet in the concept art. (o.o?) Well, I am not sure why almost all of the character's eyes are blue, but it might be because of the color popularity? It might be a symbol of the ocean or sky and how light reflects off the ocean or how the sun is the light in the sky...but I am just guessing. This is a rather interesting topic.

it could be either;

 

1) they're trying to symbolize something

 

2) they really like blue eyes

 

3) blue eyes is the most popular eye color used in those kind of games

 

4) or some other reason we'll probably never know 8D

i like blues eyes. -i have blue eyes two- but it just kinda makes then look good. Sora and roxas are the good guys with kind, soft blue eyes. Glod seems much more feirce. Van and sora are excatlly the same but van looks much darker cause of different eye color and hair colour. just small details change a person appearance.

I say that blue eyes are used to much. They need some green, brown, hazel, red something every time there is a cutscene i am like what the heck is with all the blue eyed people.

It could be a combonation of things....don't forget these games are made in Japan, and Japanese don't have blue eyes, just brown and hazel mostly so they must like them...Also, Nomura tends to give a lot of his heros blue eyes. Go back to some of the Final Fantasies, a lot of characters there have blue eyes...It's also probably an archetype for the hero. After all, we have a lot of those here in the west. Even Sora's weapon is an archetype, a legendary sword only able to be used by a certain person. But I do admit we need some characters with different eye colors.

and also, maybe namura gives his heroes/a huge chunk of his characters blue eyes because its kindof a pure color almost...that and white, but if he gave his characters white eyes itd look like they were blind, so voila, blue ^^ but i dunno, just a thought

I have no idea why so many KH characters have blue eyes including Final Fantasy. Square Enix sure does have a obsession with blue eyes.Blue eyes sure lost it's uniqueness.
