It’s a look at Batman through the filter of an old 1930s Hollywood picture, with a plot driven by the architectural design elements of Gotham City itself. It’s a unique premise that takes its cues from real life incidents in New York City, but with the Dark Knight and the Joker thrown in for good measure.
