i honestly couldn't believe this was happening!!! im sorry if u feel im ranting or whatever but when something like happens i just want to go to their houses and shoot them and im not sure if im allow to post this pic due graphic nature so won't but if u look at the 4 th pic in the pics section you'll understand why i a american citisen start to hate america

Let's see you go into a bloody, graphic, terrifying war for years at a time and not snapping like they did. You'd get shot the first day. They had to watch their friends be killed right in front of them. And a very large portion of the time, terrorists are disguised as civilians.

first of all i think you should title, *How SOME US Soldiers..., because you shouldn't judge all the US Soldiers for the actions of a few, and ya like the other dude said, being in a war is traumatic and can mess you up, and saying you wanna find them and shoot them? Whats wrong with you dude, and you say you hate America, the why don't you go live somewhere else, like a 3rd world country? (if this comes off harsh i apologize, i mean all of this in the nicest way)

Generalizing all US soldiers together shows the lack of intelligence in your post . Your post is terribad and you should feel terribad ..Really, take it from someone raised in a military family and also signed on the dotted line for Uncle Sam..Due to crohns, i was forced to give up the AF yet still know lots who either served overseas or are currently serving. The atrocities seen there on an everyday basis is traumatizing . You have civilians there pretending to be friendly just to get close enough to kill you and your fellow troops on a daily basis . They even use small children and pregnant women just to catch the troops off guard to kill them . You don't know who is really the enemy or a true innocent civilian. Do you know what this does to a human psyche ? I'm not excusing what they did by any means,but i'm saying who the firetruck are you to hate on the military when the only combat your ass has seen is probably watching Rambo ..You can't use the few soldiers who cracked as an example of the US military as a whole.Especially when talking about the civilians in a third world country who train and use innocent children and pregnant women as weapons to kill.

being traumatized is not an excuse to kill an innocent civilian. even if it's true that they can't be sure who's a terrorist or not, there was no evidence this boy was sympathizing with the Taliban, and the fact that they lied about it afterwards is really just inexcusable.

 

My only problem with this topic is the generalization of all US soldiers being lumped together . The few who did this sickening stuff are bad seeds and dont represent the entire US military is my point .The majority of our military wouldnt do such things and feel traumatized over what they do experience and see.

I can see why you hate America. Obviously our educational system didn't help you much.

 

I don't see why people are getting so worked up over this. First of all, lets acknowledge the fact this is a WAR. In war horrible things happen. If you didn't already know this, here's your wake-up call. People die in war. Is it surprising? In Vietnam 58,479 people died, and such a high number in the world wars we're still not even entirely sure how many. This happens. It cannot be avoided.

 

You also have to consider where they were and their mental states. War takes a huge toll on people. Haven't you guys heard the stories of soldiers coming back with post-traumatic stress syndrome? The ones who go crazy? Granted the number of insane ones is small, but it's still there. The Kandahar Province is the most dangerous and Taliban-controlled area. They were making little progress and probably watched their friends get killed and injured right next to them. If you saw your best friend get shot, wouldn't you want to take revenge? Wouldn't your mental wellbeing start to decay? They didn't go about it the right way, but isn't it true? Can you blame them? You can say it's horrible and that you never would have done it, but the fact is quite a few people would have. If you get pushed far enough and are broken as you watch comrades die, wouldn't you do something?

People should also be more gracious to America. We are the only country who had the ability to take over most of the world but didn't bother to try. It would be even easier now considering that drones do half of our work. Yes we are lazy, but our laziness shall rain fire from the sky.
