Real way to create it is to have 13 warriors of darkness and 7 protectors of light to fight together. Princess of hearts, who has fragments of original x-blade in their hearts are also involved in this plan and they might even end up being killed in order to get x-blade fragments. It was likely another failed attempt to obtain the x-blade. Wow.
