Panacea Inc.

[VIIth Angel 35]

A company called Panacea Inc. whose first intentions were to activate the inactive 90% of the unused brain in people to fight off major diseases and ailments, had discovered that they could instead give people special abilities  through their experiments. Their good intentions slowly turned into evil ones as the CEO of the Panacea Inc decided to develop more supernatural beings from their experiments. They even decided to start kidnapping people for their experiments because they ran out of volunteers. They gave thousands of people special abilities, and trapped them in cells for more experimentation. However, something had happened, someone decided to let the experiments out. In order to keep these happenings a secret, the company has sent out bounty hunters to track them down and bring them back, dead or alive. The future of the world is now dependent on those experiment's decisions:

Rules:

•Invincibility cannot be part of your abilities. To insure this, the company has developed a special metal that can hinder any experiment's abilities temporarily, and has given weapons to the bounty hunters made of that metal.

•No controlling other people's characters without their permission

•Please stay committed to the rp as long as you can, and at least kill off your character if you plan to leave

•To insure you've read the rules, please put your favorite color at the bottom of your sign up sheet

•I will post my character sheet when enough people are interested

Apperance: Light green eyes, Medium length velvet black hair, that her bangs cover one part of her eye, Long fishnet gloves, Dark blue shorts, a tank top with a denim vest, and a black hat.

Bio: 16 was one of the kidnapped among the others and lived in a cell for years. One day she broke out of the cell, and escaped from the Inc. She vowed to herself that she would get revenge for what they did to her.

Race: Bounty Hunter (Experiment)

Abilities: Able to turn into a tiger

Weapon: Claws, Special Metal Gloves

Alignment: Evil (But good inside later on)

Appearance: Black Ninja outfit.

Bio: The first person be experimented on. The experiment went haywire when a cat's DNA got mixed in. He was deemed dangerous and were given Beta Blockers to block his ability. After which, they found out he was an excellent hand to hand combat fighter and let him free. He became a great officer being completely loyal to the company. When the experiments were released, they gave him special gloves to help round the experiments back up. But will he actually help them or will his memories return of being an experiment and stop taking special pills that we has told was needed to keep him alive?

Abilities: molecular immobilization (freezing atoms, which is mistaken for freezing time, but not so) and later on molecular combustion (blowing things up) with the wave of both his hands

Alignment: Good

Bio: Being the last experiment to be made, and only being in confinement for a month, experiment 6206 has no memory of his life before he was captured. He also has yet to have full control of his powers, though he is still working on it, as well as finding out his true identity. He is also trying to find other experiments like him so he can have somewhat of a "family bond"

Favorite color: Green too

Abilities: Reassembling Molecular Structure. (Ability to bend the molecules of inanimate objects, turning them into other, similar elements or changing it's shape)

Alignment: Neutral

Appearance: Tall and thin, with dark blue eyes. Has longish black hair that is swept to one side. Has a scar on his face.

Bio: One of the more secretive 'Omega' projects. Named simply VI, or more precisley Experiment 61. Due to the power Panancea gave him, the company realized he would make good use as a powerful weapon. He could be bought for war, giving the company millions of dollars in profits. In order do to this, they planted another biochip into VI. This allowed him to uplink into Panancea's servers. It also gave him a extraordinary hacking ability. When the escape happened, VI hacked into the server and found data fils regarding the person he once was. Appearentely, Panancea kidnapped his sister too.

Bio:Not too sure of himself or his past. He has a bit of a temper, but he's smarter than he appears to be.

6206 was sitting in his motel room, contemplating what to do next while watching T.V. when he saw a commercial from Panacea. It was some sort of pain killer commercial.

"Ugh, so not only do they experiment on unwilling people, but they sell pain killers too. Great."

He began to feel wierd the more he stared at the commercial. Almost as if he was dozing off. And then he figured it out.

"Crap! They're using hypnosis in their commercials now?!" He tried looking away, but the screen was so tempting, and he could still hear the soothing voice they used for the commercial, he started to look at the T.V. Again.

"I gotta do something quick!" he said to himself. He thought of all the experiments and needles they would give him. He couldn't go back to that. He waved his hands at the T.V. And it stopped. No sound could be heard and the picture stopped moving. Even a fly was stuck midair near his door. He looked outside his window into the night sky and saw everything outside his room still moving. Like usual, he can only freeze things within a certain radius. This proved useful when he froze store clerks and took things without the clerks or the camera noticing.

"I guess it's fear that activates my powers." he said to himself. "So until I can master my powers without emotions, I gotta get scared to use my powers. Heh, easy enough." he laughed to himself. One of the few things he did learn about during his time at Panacea Inc. was that the people who were experimented on that were inexperienced with using their power could only activate their power with a certain emotion. 6206 always wondered how they kept everyone like him trapped in their prison. But they managed.

"I guess I'd better get out of here," He whispered to himself again. "Before it unfreezes. Find a room without a T.V. this time I guess." another thing he couldn't yet control was how long they were frozen. "Just more flaws he had to work on" He would say to himself. He did a lot of talking to himself. There weren't a lot of people that he could talk to.

He grabbed his things, went to the door, took one last look at the frozen Panacea pain killer commercial, and left.

Bio: (Unknown, only goes by the codename of "Zebra" that was given to him when he was part of an experiment known as "Project Gry.", other information that is known about him is currently unknown, other then that his personality consists of being Cool,Calm,Collected,Wise,Strange,Mysterious,Sarcastic and also has a quirky sense of Black Comedy Humour.).
