HarLea Quinn 26,501 Posted April 23, 2012 I said i ignored everyone so i didnt bother reading what everyone said on the matter, just the fact that everyone was fighting over muscle and fat and yeah saying muscle weighs more than fat is a false statement, even if you mean it in the way you explained in the first sentence (which is true btw). the statement should be more like 'muscle is leaner than fat' or something like that imo. that's just what i think and yes body fat percentage is always more reliable Yes i can see how the saying can be taken literally but that is what they mean when they say it ..
