animemylove 439 Posted April 21, 2012 do you think that now with the addition of patches available to the 3DS other countries will be seeing a final mix addition through a patch?
VentusX 20 Posted April 21, 2012 (edited) it could mean addition worlds, dream eaters, weapons etc. as dlc, but i dont think a final mix would be done like that Edited April 21, 2012 by VentusX

Sora96 17,256 Posted April 21, 2012 It wouldn't be a "final mix". It would just be a patch. Final Mixes are only for the numbered titles. 3 esumsoraroxas, coolwings and Master Keeper reacted to this

coolwings 1,546 Posted April 21, 2012 Completely different teams, it makes no difference on the progress of KH3. .... What I mean is like.... What is the point in a final mix for 3D because the patches will be discovered in KH3.
Truthkey 8 Posted April 21, 2012 No. I highly doubt there's ever going to be a Final Mix version of KH3D. I don't want it either, personally.
EdeaKramer 32 Posted April 21, 2012 I don't see where they could integrate new ;things in a FM version, for weapons, bosses and enemies: yes but a big no for the storyline it probably won't happen for this game

Skyace 65 75 Posted April 22, 2012 NO! Just get on with KH3 already! a fiinal mix wont hold back KH3 because its different teams with the exception of Noruma, what is holding up the game is versus
Truthkey 8 Posted April 22, 2012 >Birth By Sleep >Got Final Mix >Not numbered title It's not a numbered title but you can consider it as if it were one. Only main titles get Final Mixes. KH3D is more of a bridge title than a main title.

I am more than well aware that is is basically on the scale of a numbered title, but in the end, it is not.

Konazumi 1 Posted April 22, 2012 (edited) more then likely, DDD will be considered a numbered title- or atleast a half-numbered title. usually the more serious titles get the FMs... the only thing is, i cant see anything that could be added to it for a FM...another secret boss/ending, but that's it really... bbs was considered kh0, wasnt it? being the prequel and all~ Edited April 22, 2012 by Konazumi
Cactuar 21 Posted April 22, 2012 A friend of mine likes to say videogame companies are going to the dark side of DLCs (Downloadable Contents), like square selling extra bosses for FF XIII-2 for U$3,00 etc. Square already did something similar to that in Japan with the Final Mix versions, that are pretty much the same game as the original with some extras, just to sell more. (I guess FM+ whas the worthy one because it came with Re:CoM in Japan) Maybe we will see some extras for DLC, I can immagine a Re:Days for PS3 where new characters for mission mode could be bought in PSN. Nomura's Org.XIII colecting our hearts cash.

DDD is basically like our nowadays CoM. It's very important but nothing in comparison to BbS, KH1 or KH2.

That or we're crazy and don't know when to give up. Well, theoretically the next game is KH3, but I doubt they are going for it already. FFvsXIII team is still working and I doubt they're going to be free for at least one year more... So, I say there needs to be another KH before KH3 even if it's not the one that continues Sora's story.

I wouldn't say that, DDD brings a lot of kh3's plot to light and exposes pretty much all of Xehanorts intentions from the beginning of the series. Truthkey 8 Posted April 29, 2012 I wouldn't say that, DDD brings a lot of kh3's plot to light and exposes pretty much all of Xehanorts intentions from the beginning of the series. Think about it, the only things the game really clears up are Xehanort's intentions and solving a few things about his past. The plot to KH3 is still under a huge haze. Tell me what do you think they are going to do now, cause I don't have even the slightest idea.
