KHBbS bbs japanese site not working?

hey has anybody realised that in the official jap site of bbs doesn't work at least at out of japan thats what i think because when i go in to system it doesn't do anything nor can i go back i click the go to top button the only thing it does is a bbs sound whats up with that:huh:

sometimes the system doesnt work for me either it just comes up blank and you cant do anything. what i do that usually works is just refresh the page and go back into system and it works

I posted about this a while ago with something else, but it was pretty much ignored. ^^; I've always had the same problem. I'd click on 'Worlds', 'Systems', basically everything I could click on and it'd say that it loaded, but it was only the background. T_T
