Wikipedia Case PLEASE HELP!

Recommended Posts

Okay, so my Wikipedia account, Norgizfox5041, was blocked on March 19 by a user named Salvio giuliano. I was blocked because of I was accused of sockpupping this account along with Fluffymoose (haha, funny name, right?).

I have repeatedly tried to prove my innocence, but according to Salvio, my "timing was suspicious". And I agree, it was suspicious. See, there is this big debate on the article, of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows-Part 2" about the critical reception of the film. I, along with other users, have repeatedly edited this article to say that the film has, "recieved critical acclaim". Howeverm the administrators kept reverting it back to say that the film recieved "positive reviews". I know it seems kinda dumb that I was fighting over that. But it just bugged me. And let me just say that I am not the only one trying to defend it.

Well, I began making that edit to the article as guest user 108.67.233.143, on my computer. And I started a new discussion topic called "Critical Acclaim vs. Postitive Reviews?". Well, I later continued the discussion as user Norgizfox5041 (on my iPad). And apparently, my edits to the article was at the same time of Fluffymoose. It was very suspicious timing, but honestly, I am not him. These administrators don't understand that there is more than just one person defending the article. I am about to go to the Arbitration Committee, but I want to make sure that I have enough evidence to prove me right. On my Wikipedia page, a link to the sockpupeting case is there. PLEASE HELP ME

"Edit wars" on Wikipedia are honestly rather...sad to put it nicely. Just make a new account and forget about it, and don't edit stuff unless there is a factual error or additional (relevant) information.

You can't. You're banned. Now you can accept it, and listen to my points. And one, Deathly Hallows did not receive critical acclaim. That's your first problem. It was well-recieved, but honestly all critics agreed it wasn't the best out there. And I'm a very big Harry Potter fan. Look up the ratings, which would fall under well-recieved. Two, having the childish arguments will get you blocked. The admins told you 'you were wrong' but you didn't listen and kept editing it. That gets you banned too. If a person tells you to stop and is in higher power then you, stop. Wikipedia does not accept people repeatedly editing it after told not to.
