Reason's why the Fire Nation is the most badass fictional nation.

They rode rhinos into battle. That wasn't enough for them so they somehow made a Rhino (a mammal) and a Komodo Dragon (a Lizard) crossbreed an make the Komodo Rhino, easily the most badass animal in fictional existance.

 

 

They had huge ass steam powered battleships while some nations were just figuring out how to put a wooden boat together.

 

 

They also had firetrucking tanks! Remember, this was a time period equivalent to the middle ages and here come the Fire Nation with tanks raping everyone and everything in their path!

 

Oh, and they can use grappling hooks to climb up 90 degree slopes. There is really nothing these bad boys can't do

 

 

They also had Zeppelins, from which they initiated the master plan called "lol just burn firetrucking everything"

Basically their military was trying to be as steampunk as possible.

 

PS, those tiny things around the drill? Those are tanks... now you know how big this thing is.

 

 

 

They have goddamn jetskis! Seriously, what the hell have all the other Nations been doing while the Fire nation was getting all this steampunk weaponry?

 

 

They were getting put into volcano prisons, by the fire nation, cause all the other nations sucked.

 

 

But what do people in the Fire Nation do besides going to war and making people cry?

 

They hunt dragons for fun.

 

The amazing Irony is that Dragons originally taught them firebending. Bad idea huh?

 

 

But what else does the Fire Nation like to do for fun?

 

Burning effigy's of Jesus and his reincarnations of course!

but yes the fire nation is pretty badass, albeit trying to take over all the other nations and saying "oy you nations are gonna bow down to us now" <~~~~well thats not really how it played out but w/e! the point still remains the fire nation was bad ass haha

There should be a thread saying why Korra is the most badass Avatar ever, she firetruking knew water, earth, and firebending when she was a freaking baby (well maybe 4) although not mastered, she knew them at least !!!

Despite the strict authoritarian rule of the Fire Nation, the children are also badass.

 

They like to hold crazy secret parties in caves. They are so awesome that Aang steals clothes from the gym locker room and Katara dresses like a slut just so they can get down on the dance floor.

 

 

 

The Fire Nation also has really badass circuses.

 

While I couldn't find a picture of it, Azula tells one of the acrobats to perform her routine with the safety net on fire and wild (and probably poisonous) animals run around wildly. Did I also mention this acrobat was one of Azula's childhood friends?

 

In the Fire Nation, circuses aren't fun unless your friend is in mortal danger.

 

 

The Fire Nation is also the most phsyically fit country on Earth. Elderly men up to 80 years old are usually very muscular.

 

 

Fire Benders are also not limited to fire. Some of them can shoot lighting out of their finger tips. The explanation for this is that lightning is just "cold fire", even though Lightning and Fire are completely different, and Lightning is hotter than fire (hotter than the surface of the sun for that matter) but I digress it's still badass.

 

 

Fashion is also amazing in the Fire Nation. For example, their soldiers look like what would happen if the Power Rangers were created by Nazi's.

I think they are burning the Ocean too, which just shows that how little they give a shit, which is badass.

 

 

 

 

To protect the great Fire Nation from sea invasion (despite having the best fleet anyway) they built a giant metal net to stop ships in their path.

 

And then they set it on fire, for good measure.

 

 

So why did the Fire Nation lose with pretty much an advantage in everything?

 

They decided to start a war when they didn't have Jesus on their side.

 

 

That and bratty teenagers were basically in charge of the military.
