Nomura cut out the Heartless and Nobodies bc they didn't fit with the story and he created the Dream Eaters. it was a beta, it was in one of the most early trailers so it is certain it has been cut out or it might have been for testing we also haven't seen Maleficent in Disney Castle yet while she was shown at the trailers Ummm... yes we have... remember Pete held Minnie captive and Maleficent was telling Mickey about something (not sure what as there were no subs), and then Lea threw a chackram out of a dark corridor, blocking Maleficent's fire?
