Hmm I quite like that theory too, I was thinking that, but I dont see why hes red eyed... Vanitas got sora's face when sora shared his heart with vens, and seeing he saw vanitas face, I dont know why he'd dream of him in that form. Also as the boss doesnt seem to use many attacks similar to vanitas, the X-Dream eater symbol slash is the only similar thing I can really see...

 

To me, he just seems to similar to red eyes heartless, even in the boss fight he hides in the shadows like the heartless, but it could just all coinicidence.

P.S. Just for the record, I did read it, thats why I said about the vanitas theory possibly being true as well, and I'm not trying to say I'm 100% true like you really want to be, I'm just saying the two possibly theorys KH fans can put together with their existing knowledge. Normura ultimately knows what it is, we're just trying to put the pieces together with what we think it could be. I'm not 100% right, you're not 100% right, you cant say I'm wrong, I cant say you're wrong, its that simple really.

Also, if I was you, I probably wouldnt try to talk to me again, seeing that I see what you say as a waste of time, obviously you're going around in circles, thats because you wont be influenced by what anyone else says, even in the slightest, so anyone trying to talk to you will be a waste of time, unless you like talking to a record player and one without eyes it seems... The name red eyes were both Fan names given to the two entities as we do not no who or what they were at the time however they are exactly that two different entities who as far as we know have no canon connection

 

You know a thread is out of control when I have to quote my self but studies these videos neither entities are similar except for the purple coloring however that's just a sign of pure darkness (Red eyes being a pure blood heartless and Anti-Black Coat) considering what the Organization was trying to fill him with darkness by drowning him in his dreams it would make sense that a nightmare formed from his dreams would take on that characteristic. With that being said there is no solid proof and indication that they have any connection. In fact if memory serves me correctly Nomura said that Red eyes(the Heartless) has no significance to the plot as a lot of people were saying it was Axel's Heartless which he dismissed but was just put in as a challenging boss.

People should really start researching before jumping on forums starting fight about inconclusive arguements

I do think I know what you're talking about with normura, but he didnt say that. He said that this character "wasnt neccessarily new, but important."

With him saying that, I guess it counters my theory to a point, but perhaps its subjectivity, I dont see red eyes heartless as being important, but maybe he is, I dont even see anti-black coat as important, just both seem like obstacles.

Not sure about the colour being because of the darkness, why arent a lot of heartless like that then? Not that I'm saying you're wrong, but its just a criticism. Plus, I dont like it being said I "Jump into forums without research", not only have I just jumped here, I only post in things I'm interested in, and what anti-black coat is interests me... And I have researched also, I've seen both the video of red eyes heartless and Anti-black coat.

The veteran posters on this site have a firm grasp on the cannon content of the game. The color is indeed a sign of a pureblood heartless or a being of darkness.

Sorry, but I just dont agree with that. I've been saying what I have said or what axel has may be wrong most of the time, so I just dont agree with that I'm afraid. I quite like your theory by the way, I didnt know pureblood heartless got that colour, that theory may seem the most correct I've seen as of yet actually, I just dont understand why the likes of neoheartless for example dont get these colours, but KH for you. I actually like that theory a lot, maybe sora was just having a nightmare of xemnas/YMX or somthing and the darkness caused it to get that colour or something?
