Rebekah gasped as James went for Troy. She didn’t even have time to think of how Troy had gotten there. She ran over and slashed at James from the back, but missed him by a few inches, having forgotten how fast she heard James could be when...Sephiroth was influencing him. “Oh, no...” she whispered.

Alexis was unable to suppress her laughter upon hearing the story behind the IRS-tagged men. “You really will make a great partner,” she said, stretching her arms and wrists. “So, where do we start?”

Felix shook his head. "No I'll be fine I really just need a minute," he said quickly, "just don't get hurt!"

 

Seichi had just ran through the door with Arina when he saw James fighting. He had to do something so he drew his keyblade and jumped at him slashing wildly.

 

James blocked Seichi quickly, then slashed at him across the chest. Seichi took a tiny hit, but jumped back. Only his shirt had been damaged, but James wasn't done. Rebekah had just slashed at him, so he spun and kicked at her, then ran towards Felix, and prepared to decapatate him.

 

Felix summoned up his chakrams and blocked, but the force sent him flying into a wall. As soon as he hit it, he busted into it, and was just kind of sitting in it. "Well...it aint no recliner...but it's a seat.." he said laughing to himself.

 

"We'll start at the punching bags," he said walking to them, "Alright have you ever seen a UFC fight? Well they're boys can hit with the strength of 400lbs of force...while I with Marluxia's added strength can get..." Scott reared back, and punched the bag. The wall beside him glowed and 600 popped up. "Alright. Let's see what you've got," he said sternly, "Oh, and you'll need to be atleast 200 before your training with me is done."

Callum wasn't far behind Mariah and Rebekah, but Joy was slowing him down, especially because Joy insisted he carry his Buster Sword. Joy told him he couldn't just summon it like a keyblade, and he wasn't leaving it behind. Now Joy was being uncharacteristically quiet. They saw the museum up ahead, and Callum quickened the pace. Joy seemed determined too, and it wasn't long before they passed Mariah, Joy smiling a bit. Callum opened the door, and saw a fight. Joy breathed in, and said quietly, "Oh no."

James jumped back from everyone and saw Joy standing there. "You...where's Alexis? I know you all have her...and I want her back. I'll give you ten seconds...then I'm going to help out whoever got ahold of you first...and take that other leg," James said with a growl.

"Heh, Dont woryy about me, i can handle myself" Alex summoned his keyblade. "You leave everyone alone!!" He ran up to him and slashed at him preventine him from getting to Joy.

 

Arina shook her head tears started to fall. How could James do this, this isnt him. He would never do this.

James blocked once again. Then shook his head. 'I can sense Ethan near by...I'll ask him to help me once I'm done here,' James thought.

"Fine...I won't hurt any of you...I just want a chance to fight Joy," James said slowly. He then looked back towards Joy's leg and said, "If you can knock my keyblade from my hand. I'll tell you where you can get a new leg. Then I'm done. With all of you. The next time you see me...I'm your enemy, but nobody try to get between Joy and I or I'll have no problem taking down one or all of you." James could feel a rush as he pointed the One Winged Angel Keyblade at Joy. He'd finally be able to fight him alone...and maybe Mariah would....no. Forget her...

Troy had blocked the kick solidly but still was pushed back quite a bit. With so many people around it was hard to pick the right moment to attack without injuring someone else. The X-blade had more range than the weapons he was used to, and energy flew off of it like crazy. He couldn't risk anyone else getting hurt.

 

Ethan dropped through the roof and saw everything. He liked it at first when it was just a few of them, but as more and more people came through the door he was liking the situation less and less. "At this rate they may convince him. Shit. Can't let that happen," Ethan mumbled to himself. He dropped down several stories before billowing flames out from the bottom of his feet to slow his descent. "James! I sensed her near here too, but we can't fight all of them. I feel like some of them are innocent and are simply being manipulated by the one in the wall over there. We'll have to pick our battles wisely but I know we'll find and save my... sister," that last part was still hard to say for Ethan if just for the fact that he'd done things with her he never would imagine with a sibling.

Joy smirked. "Hoping to fight a handicapped enemy? Deal." Callum looked at him. "Are you crazy? There's no way you'll win!" Joy pulled the Buster Sword from off of his back. "At least I'll have tried." He pointed the Buster Sword at James, then smiled at Callum. "Let me go." Callum eyed him, then slowly let go. Joy wobbled for a couple of seconds, then grinned. "Come on then, James. This'll be just like at the house, except I'll win."

"I'n your soon to be paraplegic dreams," James laughed. He rushed at Joy and swung three times.

'Just wait Ethan, I'll get out of here with you as soon as I'm done,' he thought.

Joy realized James was already attacking, and brought his Buster Sword up to block, causing him to fall over onto his back. He pulled himself up, and swung at James's legs.

James jumped quickly to avoid the slash, and then kicked at Joy's leg. James landed beside Felix, and kicked off of his abdomine to rush at Joy as he prepared a hasty slash...

Joy pulled himself over to a railing, breathing heavily, then spun in a circle, swiping his sword at James's chest as James lept towards him.

James blocked, but he almost lost his grip on the keyblade. "Woah...you got close," he said smiling, "I've wanted to fight you for a long time Joy!" He back hand held the blade and slashed down at Joy's chest...

"Kid just doesn't listen," Hades said to Ethan.

 

"No kidding," he responded. He summoned his scythe and left it floating in the air as he gathered energy. He unleashed that energy in a tremendous wall of flame, surrounding Joy and James in a circle of pure hell-fire, cutting them off from the rest of the group. Turning to the rest of the amassing army of twerps he smirked. "Guess you guys will just have to settle for fighting me. Sorry if that hurts your 'wittle feawings', but I'll try to keep it entertaining."

 

Troy finally recognized Ethan as the other man who'd kidnapped Keilani so long ago and rushed at him in a fury of slashes, unleashing Ars Arcanum.

The slash cut his chest, and he quickly tried a cross slash in a retaliation as he stumbled back.

James blocked too late, and his arm was cut. He accidently dropped the keyblade, and just stared at it for a while. Like it or not...James had promised. So he helped Joy up. He pulled out a roll of paper, jotted down an address, and handed it to Joy. "Alright...just tell him James sent you. You might want to stick around...the liar wants to tell ya'll something..." James said pointing to Felix. "Alright Ethan..let's get the Hell out of here," he yelled.

Ethan disappeared in a pillar of smoke only to reappear next to James. He then allowed the flames to settle around them. "Good. I'll get us out of here," Ethan said before grabbing James by the shoulder and pulling them both into a pillar of smoke and flame.

 

Troy stopped his attack to keep from hitting Alex, then barred his teeth. He quickly calmed himself and cast a quick Curaga on Joy and Felix. Turning to Felix he asked "Do you happen to have the connections and cash to get Joy a mechanical leg and are you gonna tell everyone else why you've called them here?"

 

Ethan pulled them both into the abandoned CIA head-quarters and leaned back against the wall. He turned to James with a concerned look on his face. "James, I'm afraid I've got some bad news."

Joy nodded, holding his chest. "Not as weak as I thought," he grumbled to himself. He shoved the address into his pocket, and leaned on his Buster Sword for support. "Don't you at least want to see Mariah on last time to explain yourself?" Joy looked up to see him gone, and grinned sarcastically. "Great."

Rebekah took a powerful kick to the ribs and was knocked to the floor, gasping a little. She saw Felix get slammed into the wall at such an incredible force it was a wonder he was still conscious, or even alive. She held a hand to her throbbing ribs as she ran to him and knelt in front of him to make sure that he wouldn’t get hurt when Ethan started attacking them. But both James and Ethan were gone in a flash, and once everything had calmed down, she waited for Felix to respond to Troy.

Keilani felt relieved that Troy hadn’t been hurt, and she ran up next to him, waiting for Felix’s response. Something lingered at the back of her mind, though. Scott had told her to tell James that thing about Ethan...whether it was true, she didn’t know and really didn’t care, but would something happen to her or Troy if she didn’t get that message to James? She wondered if there would be a way to find him later.

Mariah arrived at the museum and could tell by the others’ injuries and weary looks that a fight had just taken place. “What happened?” she asked.

Alexis was startled at Scott’s incredible strength. She resisted the temptation to gulp as she wound up and punched the same bag. 175. She gritted her teeth and tried not to show her embarrassment. “I’m a little more about speed and stealth,” she said, shaking out her fist.

"Ummm...err...yeah! I can do both actually!" Felix said standing up, "Yeah, well first off thanks for coming I know it's been a long night. Secondly, I'd like to inform everyone on what I got from Alexis...or Paige the black haired psycho lady that killed everyone in the building we're in. Don't believe me? Look in the men's restroom. Alexis told me that she, Ethan, Scott, and apparently James...were all cooperating together. Scott and Ethan had a falling out, and apparently so did Alexis and James. Now Scott's with Alexis, and James is with Ethan. They're bad news, tough, and can sense out a large group of us inhabiters without a problem. Their inhabiters are Hades, Marluxia, Larxene, and Sephiroth/Riku. Now....down to buisness...I was thinking...that in order to keep ourselves from being tracked down all the time we instead split up. Four captains who are at the driving age and have licenses, their lieutenants, and then three people to go with each. Transportation is easy...we just go out to the dealership...which opens in two hours, and I'll buy the captains a car. Joy, once I give you the money for the leg....I'll be out of cash for a while. I suggest everyone have someone on their team who can use a dark portal, that way we can reach eachother quickly....and the captains will need eachother's phone numbers. Now there is only one thing to do...nominate captains." He then walked over to Joy and nodded. "I nominate Joy and myself. Is there anyone who disagrees with these nominations or this plan entirely?" he asked.

 

James shook his head. "No...I don't want any more lies, please spare me. I've already left them for you, now you have my power for as long as you see fit....if you will give me the straight and honest truth. What were you and Scott planning, and does Alexis really love me?" James asked.

 

Seichi shook his head, he couldn't think of any reason it shouldn't be that way. He just wished that James hadn't left.

 

Scott smiled. "That was actually higher than I expected...you might be at 300 or higher before we're done," Scott said. He walked over to the balisitc dummies. "Alright. This test will show how accurate you can throw your knives. I want every knife you throw to be a kill shot, but you're being timed. Thirty seconds to 'kill' each dummy," he said as he moved to stand behind her, "Go."

Joy looked at Mariah, and smiled. "Don't worry. I got the address from James, and I can get a mechanical leg." Callum raised his hand. "I'll join Joy's group. I can use dark corridors." Joy nodded. "Seems fair enough. Who will the other captains be?"

"I don't see any problem with it. I figure that Victoria should probably be a captain as well because she seems to be the leader out of her group/family thing. I don't know who should be the fourth captain, though," stated Troy. He was ready for just about anything as long as he was able to keep Keilani, Felix, Rebekah, and, because Ventus wouldn't have it any other way, Jayson safe from any potential threats. He realized begrudgingly that they might not be his team members, however. He knew that he absolutely had to stay with Keilani, however, and held her hand in his own to reaffirm this.

 

"No lies, huh?" Ethan said to James. He considered it for a moment. What even was the truth anymore? Ethan wasn't confident he knew.

"I think Jayson could be the fourth...hear me out now. He's new, but he's a good driver and a nice guy. He also helped us all get to the hospital when he could've said no, and that takes a lot of good to do something like that," Felix said. His old friend would never go for the whole leadership thing...not unless it was forced on him. "Alright, so...if there is none opposed I'll select my lieutenant...Rebekah," Felix said grinning at her.

 

James shook his head. "No lies...I don't believe you've been telling me the whole truth. I just want to know if you and Scott were the ones who kidnapped Keilani...I also wanna know what all you three planned. I mostly want to know if Alexis loved me..." James said looking straight at Ethan.
