(OOC: Umm, there aren't any chocobos in Kingdom Hearts and in KH lore Aerith is still alive, but whatever. I'm cool with FF VII stuff. Would anyone mind giving me a run down of who's still at the "Keilani rescue mission" area where Troy, Keilani, and Felix are? We need to get those characters back and involved in... doing something.)

Cloud is still VII Cloud. And unless you want me to use a moogle, lol, this is the best I could come up with without being too stupid.

“Oh!” Mariah squeaked as James suddenly grabbed her. She quickly put her arms around his neck to keep from falling as they ascended into the air. The feeling of his arm around her waist, as well as the sight of how high up they had gotten in such a short time, made her head spin. She had started to think about the way she saw Cloud react to Aerith when James made a comment. She looked at his face. “Oh, yeah,” Mariah said, chuckling. “You probably would have gotten yourself killed again.” She winced at the idea.

"Or Sephiroth would've made me kill her." he said as he flew. He held her tight and close, making sure he didn't accidentally drop her.

“Or that…” Mariah agreed. She herself might’ve been dead by now, too, but she decided not to mention that. Mariah closed her eyes and breathed in the fresh, unpolluted air as they flew away from the smoke that was rising out of the forest, but she was still finding it hard to concentrate on, well, anything. Being in James’s arms was both comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time. Once again, she found herself questioning which of her feelings was more powerful—her love for Joy, or for James. And with the difficulty she was having focusing, it just became a jumbled mess in her head as she attempted again to sort it all out, so she sighed and gave up for the moment. “James…I’m sorry I’ve hurt you,” she said quietly.

Felix looked at the group, his eyes lingering a bit longer on Rebekah than the others. "Focus, Felix!" said Axel. "Right!" Felix answered, slightly embarrassed.

 

"Well, the good news is that Keilani is safe and that the villains are gone. The bad news is that unfortunately, one of our own has fallen in battle. Also, less importantly, since the bus was on fire and crashed, well... let's just say we don't have transportation any more and I have a lot of explaining to do to my friend. Hey, Mr. and Mrs. Fancypants, I'm gonna need you guys to get us a limo to fit us all in there. I'll help cover the cost with Marcus's money if necessary. I feel like right now we all need to get healed up and ready for the next battle. I don't know when it's coming, but we'd better prepare, 'cause it's gonna be a doozy," finished Felix, really wishing he had some alcohol right about now.

 

(OOC: I'm going to try to do the best I can at writing Damion's characters in the manner he has set up for them.)

Aria and Noel laughed. "A limo? What makes you think we have a limo? And the last name is Peterson." Noel said laughing. Aria then elbowed him, "What he means is, we have something even better than a limo, a special vehcile made just for us. Now Big Man, go get it. Man, why does he even hide at?" Aria said and Big Man took off to get the vehcile. Aria J then felt something, "He is coming." Aria looked at her, "Who is coming?" "Paul." Aria J said.

 

(Paul and Victoria)

 

"Man that is the last time we travel by map." Paul said. They had finally arrived in New York and were now walking on foot. "Well how fast did you want to get here. Now I sent my warriors out to investigate what they can. We need to find out a lead on A........" "Victoria, dont, dont you feel that? I feel them nearby, hurry......" Paul took off running and Victoria followed.

"It's okay." James said, not looking at her. "But you will have to decide soon, even though I hate to make you do it. I just need to know so I won't have to guess anymore, and get hurt so often."

"I'm inhabiting a girl named Elie." Aerith said, taking Cloud's hand and getting onto the chocobo. "Things been? Sort of boring. All I had was Zack for company being dead. Then he left mysteriously one day. I didn't know what happened until one day, I was given the ability to inhabit someone." Aerith continued. She wrapped her arms aroung Cloud's waist to secure herself, even though it was completely unnecessary, because the chocobo was sort of slow.

Cloud rode off, and decided to follow wherever James was going. He called up. "Where are we going anyways? Are we finding a safe place to gather or something?" Cloud felt Aerith's arms around him, and honestly, to his horror, he didn't feel any regrets that it wasn't Tifa's. Of course, they were Elie's arms anyway. He looked at the Chocobo, and found it to be so darn cute. Cloud mentally slapped himself. "We need to give it a name, right?"

(Paul and Victoria)

 

Paul stopped when he spotted two people on a Chocobo. "Is that them?" Paul asked. 'Yes, thats them. I am taking over for now, I need to speak with her.' Zack said and took over Paul. He then ran over to where they were and stopped in front of them. He ready his sword if he needed to use it, "STOP!" Zack yelled to the people on the bird.

The Chocobo stopped, and Cloud found himself on top of Aerith. Cloud looked down, his face went red, and then he looked at the man, about to scold him. His eyes widened, and he gasped. "Zack?"

"Well its not Herc. Now where is my welcome back, my friendly hello, or even a smile? I think I have been away with Paul for about a year." Zack said in his own little way. 'Um, Zack, shouldnt you be a little more not a hothead?' 'I will do as I please.'

Aerith turned a little red after the initial of Cloud falling on her, then realized who stopped them. "Zack? So that's where you went! Good job leaving me alone in the lifestream!" Aerith scolded Zack. 'Aerith, you realize, both your boyfriends are here?' 'Be quiet, trying not to think about that right now.'

"Well, I rather take a plane than go through the corridor. For my own sake that is."

 

Arina found herself waking up in a strange place. "How come I always wake up in dark places?"

"I ask myself that all the time."

"I feel something nearby..."

"It could be Sora, or Riku..."

"Let's go see." Arina stood up and walked around till she saw a boy. "S-Sora?"

Zack scretched his head. "Geez, I couldnt really help it. I just found myself inside a guy named Paul, and didnt know how I got there. Anyways, how about we look at the present, we are finally together again, isnt that all that matters in the worlds we may live in?" Zack asked. Paul was trying to get Zack to remember about how he was taking this totally over the top, and how Zack can't be with Aerith if he was going to be in his body, but Zack wouldnt listen to reason.

Seichi heard someone behind him call out to Sora and turned around. He saw the girl and his eyes widened as Sora came out. "Kairi!" he said, running over to her.

"Sora!!" Kiari took over Arina and hugged Seichi. "Your okay. Last time I saw you...we were on the islands...but you disappeared again and I...I was worried."

Mariah nodded. It was easier said than done, but of course she wanted to be able to make up her own mind quickly as much as Joy and James wanted her to. “I understand,” she whispered.

Rebekah noticed when Felix's eyes rested on her a moment longer than the others, and though she was still irritated with him, especially after he didn't even try to explain himself for his reckless act, she felt self-conscious. Do I have something on my face? she wondered. She sensed Aqua's amusement. What? she demanded.

 

“You're just so clueless.”

 

WHAT? Is there something on my face, or what?!

 

“Well, how should I know? I'm inside of you—I can't see if you've got anything on you,” Aqua laughed.

 

Rebekah sighed a little too loudly, then caught herself, embarrassed. She cleared her throat. “Alright. I guess as soon as that vehicle gets here, we'll be able to rest up.”

When Felix mentioned healing up, Keilani remembered the tiny glass shards still buried in her skin, as well as the various cuts and bruises she had received from the Heartless, plus the bruise on her shoulder from Scott. And was that blood on her forehead that Troy had brushed away right before he kissed her? Oh, boy. She hoped that wouldn't end up as a scar. Suddenly she couldn't wait for someone to use a cure spell on her, but she would probably have to dig the glass shards out first, so that they wouldn't simply be healed over.

 

Despite the unpleasant thoughts, she looked up at Troy. “I'm coming with you guys,” she said resolutely. “I'll probably be safer with you anyway than on my own.”
