Anyway, even though I love Star Wars I would have to pick Xemnas. It seems like it would be a lot harder to defeat Xemnas, it's like he just keeps on coming back from the dead. Maybe that's just me though.

Shit, the Star Wars nerd inside of me is starting to come out again, I'll try to break it down as best as I can.

 

Darth Vader is so badass that he casually walks around while committing the space holocaust.

Xemnas wins, the force can be explained by star wars science ... Science can't hurt Nobodies only Magic and magically enhanced weapons ... that means even light sabers can cut them due to them being a science not magic ... there is also the problem of Intangibility and of couse his good old Hypersonic+ low point in speed, then of couse we have unlimited laser blade/laser ammo, energy balls, life drain which we don't have to constantly focus on to put on you and keep it on you ... also I don't see any reason that suggests Sora broke out of them in that boss fight I honestly think that Xemnas let him free so that they could have their building duel.
