That's my theory, MX will just grab a darker version of sora to make up the one he missed

And my defense for Luxord is that he was a wielder of time magic. Plus Luxord was number 10 (or should I say X?)

Oh, completely off topic, what ever do you guys think happened to the original 13 darknesses?? I mean, right now we are looking at 13 incarnations of the SAME ONE DARKNESS, if he even counts as one of the pure darknesses isn't even confirmed yet, so who's to say his big f**k up is that he isn't pure dark and it just blows up in his face only to set the stage for the real thirteen darknesses (maleficint could easily be one of them IMO)

Sora is the protagonist, i doubt he'll become a bad guy. Riku's Replica is dead, unless they can creat another one it's impossible (but it coul've have been him in Prankster paradise...) Man this is killing me, this frustation of not knowing who the bad guys are...

How is it impossible for Riku Replica to come back? Have you forgotten that Kingdom Hearts has time travel in it now.

I don't think Demyx, Marluxia, and Larxene would be darknesses simply because

1) If Demyx returns I can't see him having a big role. or i just dont want him to be a darkness

2)Marluxia planned to overthrow the organization along with Larxene. They were traitors so it wouldn't make sense for them to return in the new organization 13. If anything I think they'd be just sort of there.

I don't think Vanitas and the somebodies of Luxord, Demyx, Larxene and Marluxia will appear on it maybe they will appear in the game, but not on the True Organization.

And for me, Xemnas IS Terranort. But he still uses his nobody name.

Something people forget is that MX was trying to make Sora the 13th member. Meaning he needs an additional member/vessel, who knows? 
Lets make this whole Terranort/Xehanort, Young Xehanort nonsense clear by this picture... pay attention to the left and bottom left corner.

 

 

I know the captions are blurred it shows that there is a Terranort that grew up to be Xehanort (apprentice). Remember that before Aqua fought Terranort, that is when he is posessed by Xehanort in Terra's body. When the battle between Aqua and Terranort ends he starts to drop into supreme darkness and loses his memory. Only thing he remembers is the name Xehanort. Thus meaning Terranort is Xehanort technically are the same people, but with this whole bull crap time travel thing, maybe both Xehanort and Terranort form could be used as a vessel?

The thing to remember about True Organization XIII is that they are all seekers of darkness

 

That being established, I doubt that any of the former apprentices to Ansem the Wise (save for Braig who was in on it from the beginning), are eager to rejoin the organization.

 

I'm sure Xehanort managed to turn the apprentices against Ansem the Wise by manipulating Even and Ienzo's natural curiousty as scientists, and Dilan and Aeleus' desire to better protect their home from threats like the Unversed via understanding the nature of darkness and the heart.

 

KH3D showed that while Xehanort williningly gave up his heart, he forced the others to with his keyblade, and then manipulated their desire to be whole again to form the original organization.

 

As nobodies, they we're not evil, more like sociopaths (though Xaldin was kind of a prick). They did not seek darkness, only to be complete again.

 

Now that they have their hearts back, they'll return to their normal lives, serving/restoring Radiant Garden, and trying to undo the damage Xehanort has wrought.

 

Meanwhile the new organization might be comprised of:

 

I. Master Xehanort

 

II. Xemnas

 

III. Ansem (Seeker of Darkness)

 

IV. Xigbar

 

V. No Heart (Xehanort in his prime, how could he not be there?)

 

VI. Vanitas

 

VII. Saix

 

VIII. Terranort (before memory loss)

 

IX. Apprentice Xehanort (Terranort after memory loss, but with all of Ansem the Wise's knowledge of the heart)

 

X. Riku-Ansem

 

XI. Maleficent (I know it seems unlikely, because Maleficent is a badass, all-powerful, scheming, hard-as-hell-to-kill manipulator of darkness, but that's exactly why she's a perfect candidate.  Plus, Xehanort has proven before that for all her power, she really is just another pawn in his game. When you get right down to it, they want the same thing, but Xehanort is far more powerful and wiser in the matters of darkness and Kingdom Hearts, and Maleficent really owes everything she knows at this point to him. Methinks that he manipulated Maleficient from the beginning of BBS just like he did with Braig for the sole purpose of taking over her heart in the end. The only reason he hasn't done so as of yet is because she is elusive, and actually serves him quite well on her own, releasing heartless and darkness into other worlds and collecting princesses. A seeker of darkness indeed.)

 

XII. Young Xehanort

 

XIII. Sora's Heartless (let's face it, Xehanort wanted either Sora or Roxas for the organization, but they won't join because they are too pure and independant. A man as smart as Xehanort will probably find a way to extract the untapped darkness within Sora's heart like he did with Ventus.)

7) Vanitas (it seems obvious that he would return as he was MX puppet in BBS)

8) No Heart (the lingering will of Xehanort fought in BBSFM, it appears to be alive and already is a Xehanort)

9) Terra-Xehanort (would be better than Apprentice Xehanort imo and already is a Xehanort)

10) Luxord (I put him here because out of all the non-returned Org. XIII members he seems to be the only one who could be part of the True Org. XIII. He also is the favorite Organization member of Nomura, or so I heard)

11) Riku-Ansem (I think he would work, but then they must find a way to fully suppress Riku)

12) Vexen Replica (Vexen turned out to be very valuable to the Organization but since he now is good Even again I think we could take the strongest replica Vexen created and make him into a Xehanort)

13) Oswald the Lucky Rabbit (my weird choice among all of them. I imagined Oswald being a keyblade warrior and took the Mark of Mastery Exam with Mickey but because of the darkness inside of him was rejected. So Oswald went mad and ran away and gave himself into darkness. And now he works with Xehanort just to bother Mickey. Likely to reform in the end).
