The Deal with 3D Movie Re-releases

Recommended Posts

Okay, so as anyone has recently seen, directors are re-releasing their movies in 3D. Examples are: Toy Story 1 and 2, Stars Wars: The Phantom Menace, and Titanic. I have mixed feelings for this. On one side it's awesome to see a movie you love in 3D, and it also provides lots of cash for the movie producers. But on the other hand, I'm getting the feeling that they are running out of ideas for new movies, or they are simply getting tired of making new movies. I would like to hear from you guys on what you think the landscape will be for movies in the future.

honestly i like they're bring back some of the classics that a lot of kids haven't seen today, they're the movies parents would want their kids to see in theaters rather than just buying a remastered version .. but i think 3d is just a feature because of the fad, i don't think anyone seriously wants these movies would come back in 3d.

That's a very interesting theory you have there.
