Koko 3,944 Posted March 28, 2012 Ohh Okay..But still. I think all kids go through this when they are little. That is just life. We can't do anything about it. UM what yes we can do something about it who says we cant not everyone gets bullied and the kids who are bullied take it differently some brush it off, like Uncle Dolan, and some are pushed to the edge and wind up dead. it's not okay and it's something people don't realize can be avoided when i was younger and was bullied, i told a teacher what did that teacher do? nothing she didn't do shit because people don't care when they should bullying is a hate crime that can be stopped it's not a part of life and shouldn't be a part of life and no kid should be unfortunate enough to be pushed to kill themselves or others. as for the movie, i want to see it really bad not gonna lie 2 Godot and 4Everbee reacted to this
Kirie 3,489 Posted March 28, 2012 (edited) Not just when their little. Even when their teens. And we CAN do something about it. And no not all go through bulling. How can we stop "bulling" if they're just gonna keep on bulling? Edited March 28, 2012 by ami
4Everbee 1,365 Posted March 28, 2012 I don't think it's possible. How can we stop "bulling" if they're just gonna keep on bulling? We can stop bulling. If they put cams in the hallways of the school. If the bus diver tells the school what kids are doing to other kids on the bus. If every month the school says something about bulling. And there are so many other ways to put an end to bulling. Oh and if the bus diver don't tell the school. A teacher should be on each bus to make sure no kids are getting hurt or bulled.

Uncle Dolan 963 Posted March 28, 2012 I'm sorry but WHAT? No. Just cause you didn't give a shit. Don't mean other's don't give a shit. There are so many kids who try to not give a shit. But the crap they say about them. The things they do to them. It hurts. And kids try to make it look like they don't care. And still people pick on them. Did I say that everyone doesn't? Kids are pretty god damn wimpy if they can't stand to bullying. It's pretty easy to ignore and walk away, nothing they say is ever true LOL.

I don't think I'm wimpy at all and it was hard to walk away because it started when I was like 6 and these kids would corner and ridicule me every chance they got and they would call me fat, ugly and say everyone hated me and I should go kill myself. I don't know about you, but my 6 year old self actually took this to heart. Because in my mind, it was true.
Weedanort 8,786 Posted March 28, 2012 Looks like this one of those movies I'll go see by personal reasons. Did I say that everyone doesn't? Kids are pretty god damn wimpy if they can't stand to bullying. It's pretty easy to ignore and walk away, nothing they say is ever true LOL. If you have the physical advantage and the guts, there's no problem. I'd like to see what you would do if you were short, skinny, without any friends and try to take on more than 5 kids who where tougher and taller than you. I don't know about you, but my 6 year old self actually took this to heart. Because in my mind, it was true. I understand where both sides are coming from on this. Bullies can be cruel and can use a group mentality to make you believe that everyone thinks the same thing about you and beat your self esteem down. Its heartbreaking. However, in my case and in several other cases ive seen, bulliess hate to be confronted and called out. The moment you say firetruck off and who the h*ll are you and stand up for yourselves they often dont know what to say or do and get embarrassed. Ive seen it many times. You have got to stand up for yourself .Its the only way.I personally think bullies themselves compensate for their own personal inadequacies by making others feel bad to make themselves feel better . 1 Robbie the Wise reacted to this

I'd like to say that I was short and skinny at the time (I'm now tall and skinny) and it was just me who brushed off the 'bullies'. Although, most of you talking to me are women so I guess there's a difference. http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/smiley-confuse.png
Godot 513 Posted March 28, 2012 (edited) I personally think bullies themselves compensate for their own personal inadequacies by making others feel bad to make themselves feel better . actually, in most cases, bullies have very high self-esteem and put down other people because they feel like they can and because they think they're superior. very few actually do it to make themselves feel better. HarLea Quinn 26,501 Posted March 28, 2012 this i have no idea where the whole 'BULLIES ARE INSECURE TOO' thing came from that makes it sound like bullies are the actual victims I never said bullies were victims. Just that in my personal opinion i think they find pleasure in putting others down to make themselves feel better due to their own personal insecurities. I know several " former " bullies who confess that they often bullied others for this reason. This is why i think this.

Probably they have problems at home or something. By bullying others they feel better about themselves. But bullying also makes more victims. They have to find another way to feel better, bullying can really make a person's childhood very bad, and probably scar them for life. 1 HarLea Quinn reacted to this

Number XV 490 Posted March 31, 2012 (edited) There are two kids that are bullied at my school. One is an ass and thinks he's superior, and I've tried talking to him, but eh. He needs to realize he's not better and he'll stop getting bullied. The other is the most kind, thoughtful, and caring person in the whole school. But he doesn't have friends. So yesterday, I stood up for him. I got punched in the face. But you what? Seeing that smile on his face, and the spring in his step the rest of the day made me the happiest person in the whole world. And you know what? I don't regret standing up for him one bit. Guest Lady Dreana Posted April 12, 2012 (edited) Yes i agree with this wholeheartedly. The scars never go away .I should know. As do I,My elementary didn't teach me alot about various people, and beacuse of that lack on knowledge some fat girl in my middle school and her friends turned those 3 years of my life into a living hell. I wish I had the knowledge I have now to fix what happend then, but in spite of it all you can't live in the past. But we can help stop bullying for kids who deserve a good future.
