soul sat in his jail cell.he was bored.he had been tied down to his bed with steel.he had bandages over his eyes and no one was aloud to see him.they had been afraid that if they had entered the room that he would break out from using his illusions to free himself.on the 200Th day of his imprisonment (present day) someone had entered his cell and whispered something very precise into his ear.

"I've got a job for you and I'm sure you want to get out of here?" a woman said.

soul smiled he couldn't see and he couldn't talk but he took it that the woman was looking over him.she slipped a key into his hands and soul secretly, but quickly unlocked himself.he could hear the alarms now."looks like the party just started" he said running straight to the door.he ran and used illusions to hide his tracks from the guards.he had ran to the security room and quickly hit the buttons to release his squad. "now, the game begins!" he shouts.

Nathan had been locked up in his own private level of cell, deepest underground so If he would try to escape with Ark of Time the ceiling would collapse before he could do anything. Nathan had been there already 456 days it was pretty long time. "Damn this is one shitty place to be in...." Nathan talked and kept smile on his face. Then he heard alarm sound and then there was full panic everywhere. "Oh looks like I will be free aswell soon." Nathan whispered and then one guardian shouted: "You just shut up, you know that this level has its own security and you cannot escape even if all other prisoners will escape!" Then Nathan moved his fingers and said: "How about if I help you with this problem, I can easily hunt down prisoners." "Don't be stupid we wouldn't do that" Nathan smiled still and then he said: "You know: My Ark of TIme can move time of objectives so if I go on rampage you guys can't do anything." "Don't be stupid, the whole ceiling would just go down." Guard shouted and Nathan looked with narrow eyes, how stressed all guards looked. Nathan heard talk inside his head: "Do you want to be free?" "Of course, I want go to paradise" You wish is granted." Chains around Nathan felt weaker than before and Nathan could take them off without alerting people and when guards noticed, it was too late. "Sorry, I just don't like to be here" Nathan said and smiled and then punched hole in chest of one guard. After killing guards Nathan started to go up and said: "Now time is moving again!"

Kazi heard the alarms blare, and took it as que to escape. He bit into his thumb to make it bleed, he then began to draw on the wall of his cell. His power of Anima Art could also work with his spit, but blood worked better, his drawing was a crude, yet very accurate, oversized spiked flail. Kazi made on last stroke, a fast one, with a flock of his hand the blood flew off his thumb and his powers began to work. The blood made a circle in the air, it started to writhe as it began changing its shape to resemble what Kazi had just draw on the flaw. The flying drawing collided with the cell wall, making his exit and made his way out in search of his sketch book, he didn't want keep using his blood.

Bradley had been put into a special cell, pinned down by his own 3 swords, where scientists would extract his blood for 2 purposes:

1st: To prevent Bradley from using his Over Ironing ability, which uses the iron in his blood.

2nd: To use his blood, with extraordinary amounts of complex iron isotopes, for the creation of weapons like his own.

When the cell opened, Bradley was still pinned down by his swords, but the blood extraction system crashed, so he could use his ability now. He turned the skin and muscles arms and legs into crimson-colored steel, reconstructed his organs into more resistant, powerful new ones and at last, forced the blades that pinned him down out. he was free.

"FREEEEEEEEEEEEDOOOOOOOOMM!!!" His voice echoing through the entire prison: "AT LAST, I AM FREE FROM THESE SHACKLES!! COMMANDER, I SHALL FIND YOU NOW!!! WAIT FOR MEEEEEEEEEEE!!"

Bradley cut down all the guards close by, found his guns, that was hidden away in a remote armory, and began taking random turns along the corridors, hoping to stumble upon his commander or any of his allies.

"mizuki!" soul shouted. He was worried something happened to her. He stumbled out of the controll room and sat down. He was a little weak from all those days strapped down. Soul was worried about mizuki. They don't know each other well but soul had the responsibilty of keeping his squad safe. Soul cares deeply for her. He couldn't remember the first time they met but he thinks of her as someone he can depend. Soul stood up and created an illusion of himself so the cameras would pick up his double and chase him. Soul walked slowly down the corridor to the exit. His right arm was numb from the power suppressant they would give him. Soul looked back at the jail. "see you later, you piece of shit!" he screams at the guards trapped. Soul stands there and laughed. He staggered off into the bushes waiting for his team to appear.

Cells felt lifeless for Raini. She was one of the few women that were in this stone-cold prison. Her ankles and wrists were cuffed together, making her sit in an odd position. She started to feel a deep pain in the small of her back. She had been in that same position for 8 hours. She remembered when she first got into this place.

"Freshy! Freshy!" she heard the other prisoners chant as she walked into the hall, handcuffs dangling around her hands as she was pushed towards her cell. "Look, it's a lady!" one of the thugs shouted. "And a young one too! How do they even get in prisons?" The laughing echoed through Raini's eardrums. She was not as upbeat as she usually was, but she knew what to do. Just as Raini was about to be thrown in, she quickly kicked one of the guards in the groin, and turned around to smack the other guard in the face with her solid metal cuffs. She slipped them off with ease. They were made for men, and her hands were small enough to fit through. Raini just wanted to wait for the right moment.

She stopped, and stared at the other prisoners. Their laughing had stopped. She didn't know what to do. This is what her father always yelled at her for. Raini knew how to break loose and take care of guards, but what then? Her limbs seemed too fast for her brain, and she couldn't process what was going on until it was too late. Another guard nearby jumped her, and locked her up in her 'special' position.

There she sat for 8 hours every day, for 17 days. The only time Raini didn't look like an armadillo was when she was sleeping. "She'll be cramped up enough that she won't try anything," said the guards conversing on the first day. The rest of the time she thought, because she didn't speak much. She thought about how she got in here, but she quickly put it out of her mind. It wasn't her fault she could move at the speed of light. Raini was Raini, and she shouldn't be in prison for being herself.

She heard an alarm roar through the hallway. Another riot? That was the second one that day. She could feel herself smile already. "It's the right time,' she whispered. Immediately she was freed from her shackles, because she used a clip in her hair to mess with the lock. Raini felt stupid because she didn't remember it until yesterday. She was out in a literal "flash" of light.

Kazi roamed the various corridors in search of his sketchbook, "Where would they even keep a sketchbook?" he wondered. He turned down a hallway and saw dead guards, the only lead there was an old man with a couple of swords and Kazi immediately recognized him, "Hey Bradley!" Kazi called out to his comrade. He quickly caught up with him and noticed he had his guns, "I see you found your weapons, have any idea where they might have my sketch book

and blade?"

You know, I never really got over how creative they got with my cell. Pretty clever.

Drake sat in the corner of his private cell. His hands, every wall, the floor, the ceiling, the door, door handle, and even the lightbulb was covered with a very fine sheet of rubber to prevent his control over electricity from being of any use. He raised his hands behind his neck. Since he was generally more passive than the others (at least in the eyes of the guards), they didn't seem to have much issue with keeping the shackles off of him. Not that it would do him any good, with a completely white cell with locked doors, coated in rubber, and his weapons confiscated so he couldn't remove the rubber from his hands.

All of a sudden, Drake heard alarms in the hallway. Instinctively, he stood up, and saw as the cell door unlocked itself and opened. Drake ran to the door and saw that the hallway was clear. Let's see. I have no weapons, and my powers are severely limited. I can still use it to affect things around me though. Maybe take out the lights to keep guards from seeing me or the others. Doesn't help that if they do come across me, I'll have trouble defending myself. Have to stay out of the halls. There's a vent over there. I can use that to find where they're keeping my weapons. Alright...

Drake opened his eyes, and they started to turn yellow. Every light in the building began glowing extremely brightly, and then shattered, leaving the halls nice and dark. Before guards could get to Drake's cell, he had disappeared into the vent.

First thought that came to Raini's head: Find the Meta.

The Meta were a strange group with unique powers. She joined the Meta when she was only 12 years old, but she was used as an excellent scout. She was able to look for enemy ambushes in a heartbeat, literally. She was 18 now, and she went looking for her fellow Meta in this prison. There was Kazi, Bradley, Drake, Nathan, and Soul. She was the last one of the Meta to be captured, and now she had to find them as quick as possible. She went through every hall, looked through every cell. Raini was about to pass up the Warden's office, when she saw something in the corner of her eye. She stopped and looked inside. It was Kazi's sketchbook and blade! Oh, he must be lost without these. She picked them up and held them against her side.

Raini eventually reached a corridor with the sound of familiar voices echoing ahead. She turned right, and there was Kazi and Brad, yapping away as if they weren't trying to escape from prison. She ran towards them, and handed Kazi his belongings.

Kane looked up suprised as he saw the thick steel door he was been trying to open with wind blades for weeks, open on it's own. " I guess that means Soul made it out." He muttered and ran down the row of cells. " Hey long time no see!" He said as he found Kazi Brad and Raini. " So what are you guys gonna throw a tea party or get out of here." He said when he noticed them talking and not running like crazy. Kane had already made himself a wind blade, it was the weakest element but it was the only one availible to him here, all earth was gone from him only steel covered the walls.

Kazi excitedly accepted his possessions, "Thanks Raini, where'd you find them?" He strapped his blade to the back of his waist using the strap that looped around his leg and quickly checked the pages of his sketchbook. We should probably look for the others," he suggested, satisfied with the condition of his book.

"Put your hands up! Damn it! Your hands, Zerchiezy!"

Kyrre's arm was strained, his whole body tensed, but his eyes were as calm a still lake, waiting, watching. V. R. Zerchiezy was the head of the international PMC RedSky, which was wanted by several dozen countries and Interpol, and Kyrre had been put on the task force to find him, he was the first pick in fact. He had solved several high profile cases single-handedly, and been part of various task forces, all of which succeeded, and all of which attributed success to him in some form or another. Now he was about to either close the case of his current task force or die trying.

"I will be given treatment that will be as worthless as death by your petty government, why should I give myself up, I ask?"

"Because I'll oblige your interest in death if you so much as make a twitch, you've killed thousands when you were hired to save them. Either way, your crimes end here, and I'd rather it be with you in handcuffs."

Silence ensued, Kyrre's calm eyes matched Zerchiezy's crazed ones. The warehouse smelled of dank sewage, and both were eager to leave, but both wanted to do so by their own terms.Suddenly, movement. Zerchiezy made a run for it, his speed was rather incredible, he jolted towards a nearby car, rushing towards his escape. But he wasn't nearly fast enough for the Veris, Kyrre's custom pistol. Sparks flew up an inch from Zerchiezy's foot from the bullet impact, and he jumped, but tried to continue his sprint to the car. Kyrre's tense arms jolted into position and in a moment a trigger was pulled, a gunshot was heard, and Zerchiezy went down. He clutched his bleeding knee as Kyrre holstered his weapons and walked to go and cuff him.

"You... my..knee, argh!" The crippled man sputtered.

"If you're willing to allow all that your company did, you better have been willing to be shot in the knee if you try to escape from a cop."

Sirens spun towards them, and in moments there were dozens of task force police on the scene Captain Joshua Rend, who oversaw the Zerchiezy task force was waiting by the car when Kyrre headed out. The overgrown beard didn't fit with the semi-formal attire the Captain wore, but his face was cold and concerned when it should have been happy at the success he'd just discovered.

"Ah, hey boss, what's up."

"Get in, Kyrre, we have some talking to do, you're being transferred, you need to be on site immediately."

"Woah, woah, woah, on site where? What are you talking about, chief, transferred?"

"Get in, I'll brief you on the ride. There's been an incident, they're calling for all the top cops and marksmen in the area, you specifically. This is big, it could get really ugly if the right men don't step in"

"Hey, Josh, slow down, who are we dealing with here?"

Kyrre had no time to shift back to his lighthearted friendliness, it sounded like something more dangerous than any previous cases or events he'd been a part of. Joshua turned to him, his face frozen in thought and concern.

"Have you ever heard of the Meta?"

Hunay appeared out of nowhere in the shadow of the prison. "I knew they would get out eventually! Those guards aren't even close to being ready to stop them. They were relying on the cell's special abilities! Time to go in!" Hunay told herself. She turned back into shadow and made her way into the prison. She slowly made her way towards a few of the Meta. She had spent months readying herself to fight the Meta, so she knew each of their names and powers. "Kane! Bradley! Kazi! Raini! Either get back in those cells, or face death by my hand!" Hunay yelled, coming out of the shadows and readying her blade.

Kazi had a grave look on his face, "You heard that, right?" He asked. He looked around, no one else seemed to be her, but he wasn't gonna let that threat go lightly. "I've been meaning to try this..." he says opening his sketchbook. He sketches four figures and brings them to life, the literally leap of the page and land in quick succession in front of the three people. The figures seem to be dressed in light clothing with a mask of cowl of some sort, the bear a resemblance to ninjas, "I call them sketch shinobi," Kazi says proudly, he turned to them and orders, "Find whoever it is that's hiding, go!" The four sketches leap away like ninjas would, searching for their target.

Kazi los to his friends, "Let's find Soul and the others, keep on your guard," he fields awkward giving orders, but Bradley and Raini aren't on the best condition, their cells were designed to restrain them, Kazi was probably the only one in a normal cell. He kept a hand on his blade, ready for anything or anyone that might pose a threat.

Soul was sat on bench, swinging his legs over the side.he was singing a merry tune. A man had walked in the room quietly and stood there, listening to 7 year old soul sing. After finishing his song, soul turned and saw his father stood, clapping but then another man burst through the door. "general.." he began.

(present day)

Soul awoke. It seems he fell asleep from exhaustion. Soul could sense something coming doge had used his illusions like a shield of camo. It was a ninja. "kazi..." soul whispered and stood up. He walked towards the ninja calmly. "draw summon, lead me to kazi, lead me to my team".

"Cmon, if you wanted to stop me then you could just try it.." Nathan said to guard who was lying on floor. "I want to get my spear back" Nathan opened door and there was room where spear was locked in hard iron. "Ark of Time" Nathan speeded time of iron so much that it rusted in eyes and shattered. "Now, ngh whats happening?" Nathan's eye was bleeding and body felt numb. "Ah almost two years of torture and you really can't use your powers huh?" Nathan walked to next prison level and felt aura of other Metas. "Well, if its others then I can go up there. Nathan went up and noticed Hunay. Nathan had encoutered her few times and this wasn't really right time because of his condition. "Now what will we do?"

A metal grating above a small room bursted down to the floor, and Drake fell down to the floor, looking around. He began searching the room, and saw a small closet. He opened it, and saw a large group of confiscated weapons. His hands began running through them, until he grabbed his twin swords. He held them in his hands, and spun them quickly, already refamiliarizing himself with the blades. He then sliced the rubber coating off of his hands, and closed his eyes as electricity began coarsing through his hands. He opened his eyes and went through the door leading out of the room. Got my weapons back, can defend myself now. Alright, now the best option is to regroup with the others, assuming they escaped as well. Soldiers chase me, then evade them. They cut me off, kill them. Have to find the others. Drake fully stepped out of the room and began running through the halls, looking for his other friends.

Kyrre stepped out of the car and took a long look at the compound. It was amazingly unimportant-looking from the outside, but as Kyrre at just been briefed, such looks can be deceiving. The parking lot was nearly barren, several security units were rushing around and only a handful of law enforcement had been brought in, the top echelon, those that could be trusted. They obviously didn't want any word getting out, they were keeping it hushed for now. Josh bid farewell and drove off, he wasn't part of this operation, and Kyrre wouldn't see him for months if not years since their task force had completed it's objective. But there were bigger problems here, and both understood it. Kyrre approached a patrolling security officer.

"Sir, can I get identifi-"

"DeRou" Kyrre was used to the red tape, he had his badge ready to flash since he left the car.

"Yes sir, you're cleared"

"Give me the situation."

"We're blind in there sir, all sorts of chaos happening, many of our cameras are out and parts of the compound have been experiencing power surges among other various problems."

"It's them?"

"Yes sir, we're confident it's them."

Kyrre had reviewed the files on the way here. Soul, the illusionist. Mizuki, the telekinetic. Kane, the elemenatalist. Bradley the iron-blood. And there were more too. There was obviously no way of knowing right now how it started, and who had escaped, but right now the primary objective was containment and recapture. But damn it, they didn't have enough men. Kyrre could tell one minute there that they had been woefully under prepared, and even he may not be able to help get the job done. He had heard whispers of the Meta, but they were too far classified even in his security clearance. He'd never had to deal with anything of this sort before, but in the end they were human, even with their abilities.

"Sir, you've been given command of the southeast section of the compound to contain." The soldier had barely put down his radio when he spurted the words.

Kyrre was in disbelief. "Me? I just got here."

"We're stretched pretty thin here, sir, they say you came with a good recommendation."

Kyrre looked over the compound. It wasn't what he was expecting, and he wasn't prepared for it, but it was his job to keep this area from being a possible escape route for those inside. He thought for a moment and began to bark orders.

"Get a perimeter around this section, use all the men you need, open full radio contact, right now, we need to be prepared to move in or defend if we're needed. And get me all the camera feeds for the southeast section here."

The uniformed man ran off to go relay the orders. "Okay" thought Kyrre "Soul Knight, leader of the terrorist group of the Meta, let's see how much you and your team live up to your reputation."

Kazi heard movement and whipped around, he saw three of his sketch shinobi dash past him. Up on a higher floor was a girl dressed in dark clothing, " No doubt the one who threatened us earlier," he thought. He scribbled quickly in his sketch book and threw the drawings into the air, twin katana swords, a kusarigama, and a naginata, the sketch shinobi quickly armed themselves with these weapons and rushed to attack. Kazi pulled out his own blade, ready for anything
