hatok 6,413 Posted March 17, 2012 It's in Augusta Tower during another time period. You need to open a gate with a wild artefact to access it, so you may not have access to the time period right now. I'd suggest googling a detailed guide if you don't have any artefacts. There's a lot of obscure stuff you'll miss in XIII-2 without a guide anyways.
