baylaust 2,531 Posted March 10, 2012 I'm baylaust, and this is why life sucks. They say that all people are different, but we all do have one thing, and only one thing, in common. We all come into the world the exact same way: miserable. This sets the tone for how your life is going to go from there. From ages 0-3, your parent(s) will attempt to teach you the basics of life, and teach you that it's much better than it actually is. From ages 4-14, you're in Grade School, a physical and mental prison preventing you from going to the outside world and doing what you want. From anywhere between 10-18, you go through puberty. Men admitably have it much easier than women. At 14-15, you enter high school, and you can't believe you were worried about coming here, and hope it never ends. At this point, you may think life isn't so bad. Then you discover the internet and Google, and everything goes downhill from there. At 16, you can get a driver's licence by taking a test that does not involve driving. At 17-18, you are in Grade 12. You can't wait for the torture to end. At this time, you may find a boyfriend / girlfriend. But you won't. Life sucks like that. At this point, you may either go and find a job that sucks, or spend 4 more years in school, and get a job that sucks slightly less. Either way, it sucks. For the next 40 years, you work and wish your life didn't suck so much. If you don't have a job, your life sucks more. At this point, you may make the choice of growing old alone and miserable, or finding someone and getting married. This choice is questionable though, as it is statistically proven that if you do get married, it is over 50% likely that you'll slowly grow to hate each other, split apart, lose the house and kids, and owe the other $10,000 somehow. If you're a married woman, your life will suck until you're about 40-45 because you have to deal with periods and the pain of giving birth and raising a family. If you're a married man, your life will suck until you're about 40-45 because you have to deal with her complaining about these things. At 45-50, you realize how much your life sucks, and make an attempt to have it suck less. This makes everyone around you's lives suck more. At 65, you no longer have to work, and you're free to do what you want. But then you realize that you don't know what to do. By the time you're 80-100, your parents and grandparents are gone, and your time is almost up. It's at this point that you reflect on your life and see how much it sucks. However, you also realize all the things, small and large, that made you happy for however long. Being with someone you loved, working a career and living in a house, having a family, everything that you never appreciated until now. Then you die happy. Life sucks and it always will. And in the end, you realize that you wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm baylaust, and that is life. 14 Kaiso, Robbie the Wise, AnsemTheWise and 11 others reacted to this

Keyblade King 12 486 Posted March 10, 2012 All of this is true, unless you're good looking and/or rich, in which case your life will be a perfect little ball of sunshine, until the time you reach 45, your hair's fallen out, your gambling debt has piled up and you're on your fifth wife. This one's probably Russian. And after having no previous experience of having a sucky life, you decide you can't take it anymore, spend everything you have on drugs and die of an overdose. A mystery 346 Posted March 10, 2012 Most of you think life sucks ,but I believe life is like a bowl of cherries. “Life is just a bowl of cherries, dont take it serious, its mysterious. Life is just a bowl of cherries, so live and laugh and laugh at love, love a laugh, laugh and love.” Everyday we are given is a gift, we tend to focus so much on the negitive parts of life that we forget all of the great parts. AnsemTheWise 1,114 Posted March 10, 2012 Yeah, that list is pretty much accurate. But it's also assuming that you're just trudging through your day. Life's really just you waiting to die, so try to kick ass much ass as possible before then! That's what I do!
Lu Xun 2,069 Posted March 10, 2012 In Brazil you can only take the driving test with 18 :< But you have to work only 35 years and then you can retire... Teachers can choose to work only 25 if they want because they suffer a lot..
