When both his heart and body were freed, they merged back into Axel's original self - Lea. anti-33 0 Posted April 2, 2012 Hey guys hows it going? Anyway I've always wondered remember near the end of Kingdom hearts 2? when Axel kills all those nobodies with 1 attack & he starts to die? Well im not sure wether he died their did he?? im completly stuck becuase Roxas defeated him & he comes back is this the same case? I cant say bye to Axel so did he die forever or do you think he'll be back? NamineRose 28 Posted June 7, 2012 When a nobody is destroyed they fade into darkness until their heartless is destroyed then they come back as a somebody. Axel lives, he is a major character in DDD.
