There's been absolutely no hints of a digitial release for Kingdom Hearts: DDD, and Nintendo said they'd like to get retail releases downloadable in the future (if I remember right), but yeah, it's pretty unlikely. I seriously hope you aren't implying piracy when you mean download. (not that that's possible on the 3DS anyway) But anyway, ignoring all that, I'll be buying it!
