Help!

Recommended Posts

Okay, I am in 1st period concert choir with my crush, who still doesn't know how I feel about her. Now this Monday, every period of concert choir is going to be a Pre-Show before our big show in May. Now we do this on a real stage in our autotorium and we perform on raisers. The way that the teacher has it, I am bascially standing in front of my crush. My Mom and Sister will be coming to my performance on Monday, and I will have to be standing in front of 'her'. I don't know what do about this! I will be acting shy and trying not to brush while I have my folks staring at me. Anyone have any tips on what to do about having to sing on the row in front of my crush and not having my family know about it? I need you advice!

Try your best to forget that she is even behind you. Maybe focus on other things during your performances. Preferably something that can calm you down and ease your nerves and keep your mind off 'her'.

Picture her in her underwear... wait, that's counterproductive...

Well, she'll be behind you so you won't have to look at her at least. Try focusing on the people in front of you.

YOU'RE HORRIBLE!!!

*shudders*

I used to sit next to my crush in jazz band and our legs rubbed next to each other. But just think about it; if it was any other girl behind you, would you be worried about her noticing you brushing her? No, it's completely natural. The only way I can see her having a reaction is if she has feelings for you too and is just as nervous!

And being a performer, parents are the least of your worries. If they notice you looking uncomfortable, tell them it was stage fright. Just don't look up her skirt or then they might find something strange.

Shoot! Oishii is rubbing off on me...
