Spoilers around the release of KH3D

The only thing i want to see when KH3D comes out is the opening. It would be best if one had to click a link to see a cutscene or walkthrough or something for the game when it comes out instead of seeing videos and pictures on the main page right away.

i feel that a spoiler is anything you cant find out by watching the trailers. If you have to play the game to find it out, its a spoiler.

tutti frutti. I'm pretty much going to be a monk for KH3D until it comes out in NA, or at the very least I find a release date on the home page. I think that the recent topics should start off minimized when you first come to the site and have a warning like "Caution possible spoilers below" or something like that for those of us who wish to get our hands on the game to see what happens. Spoiler tags should be an absolute necessity for a period of time, example 3 months. My main definition of spoilers is mostly anything and everything pertaining to the story of a game. Much like a couple of others have stated, anything outside of trailers is tha main thing, some non-important-story are ok for some. And I guess any secret boss battles would be an issue as well.

Oh ho ho, screw that stuff. I'm spoiling everything for myself. I will watch and read everything as it comes out, because I am not patient. I don't think I've ever played a kingdom hearts game without more or less knowing what would happen. The cutscenes themselves can still spark surprise and emotion (ie despite knowing what would happen, I still wasn't prepared for that ending of days), so it's all good. And there's nothing like actually playing the game

I have another thought. If you're going to post a video of the walkthrough, please just post the very first part, which includes the opening and a minute or two from actual gameplay, nothing else. Please don't even share a link to the ending (s?). I would've preferred to find out about the final episode in BBS on my own while playing the game, but I found out about it the day the game came out with links to the Final episode boss and final episode ending on the home page.

maybe a new section called spoilers could work and maybe some of the administrators before a threat its created check them and if it contains spoilers in the section of KH3D moved or erased the threat I dont know how to explain english is not my first lenguage as you see

Eh, I'll be busy with Kid icarus: Uprising, Tales of Graces F, and Xenoblade Chronicles to even care about what's going on in KH3D. Honestly, as much as I am excited for the game, the story doesn't exactly interest me half as much as KH1, KH2, BBS, and Days did. But still excited to get it though lol.

I would say make a code for members to disallow seeing status updates in their profile settings, if it isn't too much of a hassle to code that. Also, KH13 is built on Kingdom Hearts videos and DChiuch needs to cover that information and post the videos for anyone who wants to watch it, he can't just not post it for the few members who don't want to be spoiled, BUT if you do post videos regarding KH3D on the home page Daniel, maybe you can warn the members by saying, "Please be aware, the video below contains spoilers from Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance. View it at your own risk."

I'll be spoiling myself when it releases since I am importing the game and a Jap Ice White 3DS. (I grew tired of waiting for a chance to preorder the KH 3D bundle http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png )

I'm for the suggestions for being able to hide elements of the website where a title or status could have a spoiler.

 

We can make rules about how to make topics with spoilers, but there is one problem. Whenever this site updates with big news, we get a flood of new members. KH3D is bound to bring in a lot of newbies, especially if DC is the first to post videos as he usually is. The new members may not know the rules, coding for spoiler tags, or may lack common sense. That is why when BBS came out in Japan I dropped out of everything KH related on the internet. I probably still will (I just know avatars and sigs won't be safe either), but I would still like to come on to see other news.

Even though i will be spoiled to death i really respect the fact that there are people who dont want to be spoiled and want to experience the game on their own,so maybe having warnings about spoilers will be a good idea like cricket proposed,maybe the topics with videos about kh3d in the front pages will give you a warning and instead of posting the video directly inside the topic daniel can provide a link for people to direct them on the kh13 youtube channel so that they can watch them there and not in the forums

.Hnngg, even though I tend to be picky on which games I stick with, I'll force myself to play various games to keep myself distracted until the U.S release. SCV, RE4, LBP...here I come! =A=! ...I've never played Uncharted, but it looks interesting....should I get it? owo
