Preparing the Gummi Ship is Chip and Dale's job. I'm assuming he was asking her if she could take care of whatever he usually did everyday in the Castle. I always believed the same thing, mostly since they would be assigned to protect the castle along with the King and Queen. But outside of KHDays, which I believe took place over the course of a year minus 7 days, it's pretty much anyones guess as to how long all the other games spanned in terms of time.
