KH3D So like what happened to the Twilight Thorn?

So like does anyone else wonder what happened to the whole Twilight Thorn and raining Sora's thing in Traverse Town that we saw in the very first trailer for Dream Drop Distance? Or is it just me?

Roxas defeated 1 Twilight Thorn. Just like there are 50 Darksides, there are bound to be 50 Twilight Thorns.

Like everyone said... this is just a concept. Dream Eaters are going to be in this game, no heartless or nobodies. I am quite happy too, since Twilight Thorn annoyed the crap out of me...

It was just something the team put together to show what they could do on the 3DS. It all was scrapped, sadly. I was looking forward to fighting Twilight Thorn in Traverse Town for some reason.

Exactly.....it was the beginning of the kh3d project that was going to be kept but they came up with a new idea so the original project was scrapped......i think they picked the better of the two

It was just a concept in the beta trailer - it was never meant to be. Would be cool if it was included as a secret boss in the final game though.

tutti frutti. Same here. Facing the Twilight Thorn once, compared to Sora facing Darkside four times, seemed like a teaser to me, but what can we do? I was looking forward to seeing how Twilight Thorn would fight in Traverse Town compared to the Station of Awakening. Too bad that idea for KH3D was only for concepts as oppose to it being in the game itself.
