Love is when you feel something more then like or hate. Your heart fulls odd but at the same time it feels good.

Love is when you smile almost every day and nothing matters but the person your in love with.

When your in love with somebody. When your with that somebody you feel like your the only to in the room.

That what love is... I think xD

When you meet a girl/boy you like and are attracted too the brain orders your body to release more of certain hormones then general.

These hormones make you feel the way you feel. Warm, happy, a little tipsy ect.

Also: BABY DON'T HRUT ME, DON'T HURT MEEE.. NO MOOORE!

Love is the magic that keeps Harry safe from Voldemort.

Love is the magic that kept Aslan safe from the White Witch.

Love is what finally united Romeo and Juliet (that and poison).

If love could be bottled, then that's one potent poison!

love   [luhv] Show IPA noun, verb, loved, lov·ing.

2.a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.

3.sexual passion or desire.

4.a person toward whom love is felt; beloved person; sweetheart.

5.(used in direct address as a term of endearment, affection, or the like): Would you like to see a movie, love?

6.a love affair; an intensely amorous incident; amour.

7.sexual intercourse; copulation.

8.( initial capital letter ) a personification of sexual affection, as Eros or Cupid.

9.affectionate concern for the well-being of others: the love of one's neighbor.

10.strong predilection, enthusiasm, or liking for anything: her love of books.

11.the object or thing so liked: The theater was her great love.

12.the benevolent affection of God for His creatures, or the reverent affection due from them to God.

13.Chiefly Tennis . a score of zero; nothing.

14.a word formerly used in communications to represent the letter L.

Take your pick. Though, I define it as immense feelings of like as another person, mistaken very often for infatuation, which while invoking similar feelings, is really completely different.

Love is when you care for someone more than you do for yourself. Love is putting aside you're wants for someone else's needs. Love is a wonderful, miraculous thing, but people sometimes not see that love can also mean knowing when to let go, because when you care for them that much, you very well may have to.

My definition of the typical use of the word "love": Shoving chocolates down each other's throats in an attempt to mate.

Dictionary definition of love:

love (noun) - strong affection based on admiration or benevolence

love (verb) - to hold dear

My old definition of love: Love is how far you're willing to go for the people you care about.

Currently, I don't have a real definition of love (the real kind, not the fake, teenage kind of love). Sue me.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. IIt always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Love never fails.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8

This is my favorite definition of love.
