I only really buy used games when they're old ones and hard to find, along with being in decent condition. I also don't really think they hurt game developers much despite what people say, they already have had a sale from the used copy of the game in the first place, so I don't really consider them lost profit to the developers.

For everything else I like to buy them new and unused because I like to try and keep my games as mint as I can for aslong as possible.

tutti frutti. I will buy used games if I get into a series that I haven't played before, to save money, or if the game is hard to come buy. I will buy new games mostly to support the developers of the games if I like the series well enough. Though I mostly go to gamestop myself for used games for in case I don't like the game for whatever reason I can take it back for something else.

I only buy used games when someone in my family gives me a GameStop gift card, and GameStop almost never has the types of games I'm looking for (though I did get Eternal Sonata there once :'D).

1. I hate used games. They're usually in bad condition. Though if the game is very old and is no longer in print, then I'm forced to buy it used.

2. GameStop is probably the only game store that I know that sells used games. And I don't like to support them because they rip people off >_>.

I'll be the odd one out and vote for "No".

A lot of the companies lose money, the store selling it ends up making quite a bit of money out of it.

I'm sure consoles don't like playing used games.

Comparing time: Person holds food and damages food in the process. Someone purchases the food. Person who held the food is getting a bargain while the purchaser gets bad food and wastes their money.

Only for older games which are hard to come by.

This is the only reason to support used gaming and buying games that out of print.

In the future we won't have ability to buy used gaming since it will become digital media like what steam is doing now.

Another thing bothers me about people who buy used are the ones who complain if the game as online pass and since they bought it used they should have right to it.Which makes little to no sense. Then there's one who say developer/publisher wants money "Developers are employees of studios that are funded by publishers. Whether or not developers "should" or "want" to make money (and trust me, they do), publishers MUST make money AND see returns, or they will not make similar investments in the future."

People can buy used if they want but they have no right to complain about their used copy missing something from the new copy.
