Chapter 5

 

I phone up DC telling him that i killed my former group.He seems to believe me and i ask if i can speak to her,He said no and that i will get to talk to her when i come to visit him unarmed and if he finds a gun on me he will use it to shoot her.I try to get my head straight and make sure they get out of here alive it’s the only thing matters me.So i get into a cab and ride to KH13 for hopefully the last time in my life,I tell the cabbie to wait until i come out again.

DC: Hello Police,I like to report a crime.

 

It does not take long for me to get there.I walk up the stairs and Aaron opens the door to let me in.I see Tam and Kara in corner of the room.I hold them in my arms for what i want to last forever but sadly it’s not going to.

DC: You look like shit Deadshot but for your services you and your family are free to go.I want to warn you that police will be coming here in about 5 minutes to arrest you for murder if you say anything about me i will find your family and kill him.So you should say your goodbyes soon because your not going to see your family again.

 

I want to kill DC but i need my family out of here.I take them down the stairs and we go outside.I hold my daughter in my arms for one last time,It’s hard of me to face it that she could grown up without father figure in her life because of me,I failed her as a parent.All i wanted to do to was keep her safe and support her which i could not even do.I kiss my wife for what’s properly going to be last time i ever see her again.I tell her to leave and don’t ever come back to this city no matter what happens.I continue to tell her that i’m sorry she married me and for all trouble i caused her,she tries to convince me otherwise but who is she kidding she could do a lot better than me.I tell her that i love her she tells me she loves me too,I make sure she leaves.It pains me to see them leave but it’s for best and it only way i can make there safe.I turn around and i see my team.

 

Cell: Are you ready to do this?

Deadshot: Yea i am,How long have you guys been there for?

Cowboy: We just got here,So are we going to end this?

Deadshot: The police are going to be here any minute,You guys should leave.

Cell: Damn it...O.k here’s the new plan we run up stairs kill DC and rob him and run out the back door but we need someone to delay the police after we get the money so we can get away.

Deadshot: I’II do it but make sure you give my share you my family and i need gun.

 

John handles me a tommy gun.The people here are almost to drunk to know what’s going on.We get up to DC’s room and he’s gone.He must have ran out when i was outside and figured out what could happen.We are able to get some money and we get downstairs.We kill the last few guards DC had guarding the place.The people are panicking,we tell them not to move and none of them will get hurt.We make it to front door and i think were going to make it then i see police start show up.There calling my name and they want me to come out with hands up.The whole place is surrounded there’s no chance of escape.The rest of the team as no shot either since they almost have as bad criminal back rounds has me.It’s hopeless there’s no coming back from this but we can make one last stand.Maybe we’ll make it out to but who am kidding there’s no happy endings waiting for us.

 

Cell: See yea guys in hell

Cowboy: Hell,come on i wasn't that bad i’ve only killed around 30 people.

Tom: It does not look good out there guys there’s about 25 cops out there.We have no chance

Deadshot: I have something we can do.We should go out like gods and get in few good hits while we can.

Police: This is last warning come out with your hands up

We run out of place guns blazing,We get couple good shots in but then the first of us fall it was John.He got shot in neck killing right there in then.Then Tom and Cell were killed in not even second afterwards in was turning into blood bath.Cowboy shortly followed after that being killed by taking bullet to forehead.I was on ground by now not being able to move my legs.I took shoot to chest which is what's going killing me.I look at fallen team one last time and i think of you and her."I’m sorry that I failed you.I wish there were another way for me to say it. I cannot. I can only beg your forgiveness, and pray you hear me somehow,someplace”.somewhere, safe.

Notes:

The last line was taken from the B:TAS episode Heart of Ice and then remodelled(which is one of best episodes to any show i have watched)

The Last Chapter is much like butch cassidy and the sundance kid and Secret Six #36 (Which is one of my favourite comics)

Thank You for reading the first arc of KH13:Noir.I hope you enjoyed it and Yes the story will continue but I might take break of it for a bit and it probably won't come out everyday either.

Ok so this series isn't dead and here's some prove

 

Hush hush hush here comes the......

It’s been a while since we had any major crimes after what happened at KH13 a couple of months back.It’s now mid March and it’s snowing,People say you should visit this town in the winter when it’s snowing because the city looks so pretty and some even say it gives off good winter wonderland mood.To me the snow just covers up and hides what a horrible and corrupt city this is.It acts like mask covering up what a visitor shouldn't see.During the winter i usually try my luck at solving old cases,One of these old cases that am looking into again is the Bogeyman Killer Case which was one of the first major cases that was going on when i joined the force.The so called "Bogeyman Killer" dubbed by the media was a person who broke into peoples houses and kidnapped their children leaving scratches on closest window to the child’s room which i guess was his calling card and he later murdered these children that he kidnapped.We were luckily we solved the case after he captured his 4th victim we found him and arrested him while saving the kid.He only got ten years in jail for the crimes he committed because he had one smooth talking lawyer that got him off with less than what he deserved.Yesterday he got out from prison and I've been following him because i sure he going to try again at what he used to do and can’t let that happen.People believe that prison will change a person and make them acceptable into society again and in some cases those people are right some people learn from their mistakes but other times people will keep making the god damn same mistake because they don’t believe their making mistake or they just don’t care if they keep doing it anyway and this guy is one of them.He looks like one of those people you don’t really notice and kinda of looks like everyone else,He blends in and I think to get attention away from him.He goes and does the normal things like going to the food market and dry cleaners.Am starting to think that maybe i was wrong about him but i need to see this through and make sure that I'm 100% sure about this.
