Instantly, it rippled and flashed, the landscape behind it changing from the cross of the Canadian Rockies and the mountains of New Zealand to a post-Ice Age setting seen in. . . ."Brother Bear?" uttered Apprentice aloud. Brows knitting, she concentrated and suddenly had an idea. She pressed her palm more deeply into the wall, rippling to reveal the square mountains, cliffs and hills. Everything was black and the entire sky was covered by a raging thunderstorm. Lightning tore apart the empty space and blue lights shone brilliantly from an impeccable and futuristic looking city. The Grid from Tron: Legacy sprawling miles in front of her. Apprentice's eyebrows were way up her forehead. What it the wall using her thoughts to make this or was it a power of hers?Digging the tips of her fingers into the gelatinous feeling wall, Apprentice pictured what land she wanted to see next. She imagined tall, grass covered mountain. Streaming lakes and rivers cut canals between those mountains. Spiraling gold chains held a large cathedral, erect on the mountain. The Land of Departure. Apprentice smiled, satisfied with her work. Once the thought came unbidden, the world instantly morphed into that of Castle Oblivion. Whoa. So it followed Apprentice's thought trains?Her mind working at full capacity, her thoughts now a maelstrom, Apprentice sunk her other hand into the wall. She knew the world she wanted to see next was Radiant Garden. Her excitement grew as she pictured the City of Light, its elegantly painted stone tiles, colourful flowerbeds, glorious fountains and the spiraling, colossal castle dominating the lavender sky. A blinding flash of sunlight revealed that Apprentice's effort worked.When she opened her eyes, it was as if the wall never existed. Sure, her hands were buried into the gelatinous looking thing. Otherwise, it was as if two canvases stood side by side. The mountainous terrain to the purple and pink kingdom below.Apprentice's aquamarine eyes turned in the direction of the frozen members and the first one she identified was Golden Ultima, who looked her in a state a shock with Roxas' blue eyes.Ivan was the first to speak. "Apprentice, how. . . ?"She looked down at her hands. "I have no idea.
