Also, they misspelled Capcom.

Are you sure about that? I didn't see it misspelled. And another stupid thing they did was they accidentally put the ign logo on the box art of Okami.

A Japanese launch trailer fr Resident Evil 6. This trailer has made me hyped up for the game. I'm playing the demo right now just to get myself prepared fr the game and so that I'll be used to the controls.

Played the demo like 6 times now's, really like how the game feels and controls. Not sure if I'll get this on launch, but definitely at some point I will.

I've played the demo a lot of times and it never gets old or boring to me. I din't care what other people say, this game looks awesome. I am pumped up for this game. I can't wait to play as Leon, Jake, and Ada.

Story:

The game starts on December 24, 2012, in the fictional South-Slavic state of Edonia. Jake Muller, a Mercenary of the Edonian Liberation Army and son of late bio-terrorist, Albert Wesker. flees from the authorities during a bio-terrorist attack. He partners up with Division of Security Operations agent and Raccoon City survivor Sherry Birkin (Who is from Resident Evil 2). At the same time, Bio-terrorism Security Assessment Alliance (BSAA) Chris Redfield and his team B.O.Ws and the J'avo. Six months later in June 29, 2013, U.S. President Adam Benford decides to reveal the truth to what really happened in Raccoon City (A.K.A the events of Resident Evil 2 & 3) believeing that it will reduce bio-terrorist activity. But when a new bio-terrorsit attack happens, the President gets infected and Leon S. Kennedy (survivor of the Raccoon City incident) is foreced to shoot and kill the president and supposedly his best friend. I have to say, the story was pretty intrguing. All the twists and turns that happens during the game was absolutely great. The voice acting, was once again, great as always. I didn't find one VA out of place with the characters they voiced. I truly enjoyed the story.

Gameplay:

The game is split into three different gameplay with similiar controls. If you pick Leon's campaign, you'll be doing what is supposedly believed to be the classic style of what Resident Evil stood for. There will be zombies, B.O.W boss fights, and herbs...lots and lots of herbs. Leon's gameplay has got to be my favorite in the entire game simply because it has the classic RE feel and has its scary moments. With Chris's gameplay, you'll be doing a more Call of Duty/Gears of War type of gameplay. Where you'll be facing up against the J'avo and ot facing many bosses. I have to say, this type of gameplay wasn't all the great for me. It doesn't feel like Resident Evil at all. It just feels like Gear of War withn the name "Resident Evil" slapped on it. There's no survival-horror, no puzzles, and no dark atmosphere. it was all dissapointing to me. Then there's Jake's gameplay. Where it is a bit of a mix between Leon and Chris's gameplay. You fight against J'avo and some B.O.Ws. There's really not much else to say about Jake's campaign. I, personally found Jake's gameplay to be alright. Nothing too bad, but nothing too good either. It still had that Gears of war feel to me. But it was decent, I'll give it that. Now, as for ther controls, they felt a bit improved from Operation Raccoon City's controls. I didn't find anything wrong with the controls at all. But the AI in it were mucch, much better than ORC's AI. They actually help you out in sticky situations and not just there to be there. They are actually helpful.

Presentation:

Resident Evil 6 may not be the best game in the entire series for longtime fans who loves the classic survival-horror. If you are a fan who loves it

for its dark atmosphere, then this game may be a dissapointment for you (although Leon's story may interest you since it's more like the classic RE games). But if you're new to the series who wants to get into the franchise or a really big fan of the series and wants to buy every single RE game that's out. then I'd totally recommend this game as it's a great start to getting to knw the characters and it has a great story.

Verdiect:

In conclusion, I'd say this game is pretty good. But most of its action may dissapoint you if you are a long-time RE fan. So I give this game a 7.5/10

This review is somewhat unique in that it's not like a lot of user reviews who are just snarky and corrosive, but it's not an IGN review where they're paid to say nice things haha :D

I like that you put large spaces in between the sections, it makes it more digestible. One thing you could do to really make it excellent is to add some pictures and such, but I'm not sure if aligning pictures is allowed by this forum :(

Otherwise I'd say to make the review more of a personal thing. Instead of (for example): "Chris's gameplay isn't very intuitive" you could say something more like "I had a really hard time controlling Chris." Just to make it feel like we're being told about a game by a friend :)

But if you don't want to do it that way then that's perfectly fine, keep at it! We need more user reviews ^^
