Obviously Final Fantasy is much bigger, much more successful, and much more known. Nikolasvanitas 358 Posted January 14, 2012 Are you honestly sure? i dont think there is anything about Kain,Cecil or Barz and Gilgamesh so far in the kingdom hearts games so why do you need the play these games to understand kingdom hearts,i understand that there is a lot of infuence from final fantasy especially since Hironobu Sakaguchi was the one who wanted a new character instead of mickey as the main hero and he helped Nomura plan the story for the first game ,but trying to play the ff games that arent involved so far in the kingdom hearts games doesnt really help you understand the story ,except from ff7,8,9,10,10-2 and crisis core we dont have anyone from other ffgames appear ,disney movies are definately important for the many worlds that are in the game and i would definately recommend the ff games for anyone who havent try them especially the old ones 1 thealienamongus reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
