KH3D The Hunchback of Notre Dame original voice actors

Recommended Posts

With the Jim Cummings rumour in full swing, I checked the original voice actors from the movie which are

Tom Hulce - Quasimodo

Demi Moore - Esmeralda

Tony Jay - Frollo

Kevin Kline - Phoebus

Charles Kimbrough, Jason Alexander and Mary Wickes - Victor, Hugo, and Laverne respectively

All of these are already confirmed characters and all of these actors, with Tony and Mary being the exception, are still alive

The question is: do you think that any of the alive actors will reprise their roles?

And, who do you think will take the role of Frollo and Laverne?

PS. For some reason, Susan Blakeslee (Maleficent, Evil Queen, Wanda...) is the most probable candidate to voice Laverne.

The va's returning to reprise their roles for this world has been worring me since the trailer from last January....I'm reeeeeeaaaaalllllly hoping everyone returns and that they find good replacements for the one's that passed away. >A<

Susan voice Laverne?? No!!!! That's a horrible idea! Their voices aren't any close to the same! (And her Wanda voice bugs the heck out of me!!)

Laverne is a sweet old woman's voice, it breaks when she speaks. Susan doesn't have that kind of voice! Just get Jane Withers, she did her voice in the sequel.

Okay... I just did more research on Susan and her VA skills.... I guess she can voice Laverne... I don't want her to! But I guess she can if she must...

I don't like Susan that much, but she has talent and I like her as Maleficent. Another strong candidate could be Tara Strong. I mean, she didn't get the nickname "The women of a thousand voices" for nothing.

And by the way, Jane Whiters is pretty old now, but there's still a chance.
