It's probably referring to the ice cream bar Donald ate when Maleficent sent SDG to the Realm of Darkness. However, as you said, that scene happens after Goofy's "death", so... It reminds me of how Goofy says (about Pete): "His majesty banished him to another dimension years ago." But in BbS we learn it was Minnie not Mickey. -shrugs- It was probably just a mistake.
