Master Xehanort faintly noticed Doom getting closer but ignored it as he focused on his currant mission. Put Terra in his place. The armor used the time while Master Xehanort was thinking to go and hit him with Thunder before it back up using block to defend again a hit thrown by Guardian. The armor appeared to taunt Master Xehanort with low metallic sounds becoming clear where heard. "You said I........ or what about.... This is the end between me and you Xehanort............" Where the things that could be heard by everyone as he continued to taunt him.

Suddenly Did Doctor Doom Forced the Machine Heart Into Master Xehanort's Body While Saying:

As It Appeared that the Functions of the Machine Heart Were To Give Master Xehanort More Strength, So Much, That he Could Create an Astral Projection of himself Outside of his Own Body that Can Cause Real Damage to It's Enemies and Fight, Like If there Were Two Xehanorts Both at the Very Same Time.

Lightning pulled herself up, barely, staggering back as she saw him. "Xehanort." She might be able to stop him... if she were at full strength. This had been one hell of a day, and it had most certainly taken its toll on her. She might not be able to stop Xehanort, but maybe she could still help-

 

"Spider-Man!" Lightning ran with as much speed as she could muster, hacking at the twisted tendrils that bound the hero. She just couldn't get through...

 

Lightning was knocked back, however, when a blast of energy severed the tendril. She looked up as Tony circled overhead, firing the repulsors. "I've gotcha, Peter." He landed with a crash, Odin leaping over Lightning. Zantetsuken sliced through the Symbiote with unerring accuracy, then leaped out of the way as Stark fired the Unibeam.

OOC: Vennage was easier to type, so I went with it.

 

Free at last, Spider-man leaped away from the mass of tendrils. Now without a host, the symbiote lashed out wildly, trying it's best to make contact with another living creature with which to form a bond. After sticking to the side of a building Spider-man did his best to shoot webbing to contain the beast, all the while dodging the ravenous white shapeless form.

Vennage was lashing out wildly, tendrils grasping for any organic material they could find as the robots piled onto it.

 

It was time to end this.

 

Lightning slid under the tendrils, slicing one off as it wrapped around her arm. "Odin! Stark!"

 

Odin leapt into the center of the fray, Tony hovering above firing repulsors at the robotic counterparts. Odin spun around, tangling the amorphous Symiote around its metallic body as the robots struck it with their weapons. The Eidolon staggered, wrapping Vennage around its arms before transforming. The steed reared up, neighing as blue and white tendrils stretched to free themselves from thier entrapment. "I'm sorry." The Iron Man suit hummed with a deafening roar, Tony lifting his hands above his head. Repulsor energy gathered, warping the space around it. He then brought his arms down, the energy releasing itself in a single massive beam. It struck the Eidolon, who whinnying as it was consumed by the blast. Lightning turned away, shielding her eyes form the light.

 

When she looked back, Odin was gone.

Sephiroth stood on top of a distant building, watching the battle take place.

"Pathetic fools." He said to himself. "Can't handle two power hungry idiots, and an old fossil. Master of evil? Heh."

Sephiroth unfurled his single pitch black wing, unfurling it to it's full extent. Gripping the Masumane, he waited for the perfect moment to strike.

"They simply saw a fraction of my power earlier. They will never know what hit them."

 

Little did Sephiroth know, a certain SOLDIER down below could detect Sephiroth's presence from a mile off, and now was no exception.

Deadpool casually stared at the symbiotes, too busy having an inner monologue to help fight it. "I can't help but feel like there's an easier way to be going about this... I GOT IT! Slimey over here is weak to sound, right?"

"I've been reading some Spider-Man comics lately. Whenever that symbiote thing gets invloved with a major plotline, it tends to be defeated with loud noises. They even did that in Spider-Man 3."

 

I didn't know you read Spider-Man comics.

 

"I'm a Marvel character, may as well keep myself up to date on the other plotlines going on in the universe. Of course, everybody keeps buying issues in hopes of seeing moi in them, but.... riiiiight, supposed to be fighting..." Deadpool pulled a megaphone out of nowhere (don't ask), and turned it on.

 

"IS THIS THING - IS IT ON?!?!?! YEAH?!?!?! AWESOME!!!! SO YEAH, I WAS WONDERING IF YA WOULD MIND LISTENING TO A JOKE I CAME UP WITH!!! OKAY?!?! OKAY!!!! WHAT DID ONE OCEAN SAY TO THE OTHER OCEAN?" Deadpool paused for a moment. "NOTHING!!!! IT JUST 'WAVED'!!!! GAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!" All of the heroes held their ears in pain as the deafening sound of Deadpool's amplified voice echoed around the city. Deadpool dropped the megaphone on the ground, creating an even louder noise, as Deadpool eagerly waited to see if this tactic would work on Vennage (Vennage? Really?)

Cable concentrated and used his telekinesis and gravametic sheath to push the new hoard of enemies back.

"Weapons free!" He yelled. "Take them all out!"

He stabbed the Psimatar into the ground and pulled out his rifle and went full auto.

Xion struggled to her feet.

"I'm fine." she said with a weak smile. "Ready to go."

OOC: Yes, Vennage. It was easier. And sound wasn't working anymore, so I kinda just blew the damned thing up. And I was actually about to start carrying Xion around...

 

Lightning charged forward with renewed strength, slicing through the bots with ease. "Come on. Pulse built better than this." They fell like wheat before the scythe, her blade slicing her foes with remarkable ease.

 

"Doom made these?" Tony pushed one over with one hand, blasting th ebot behind it with the same hand's repulsor. He spun around, firing in all directions. It was more like target practice; there was no reason he couldn't show off.

"Come on. Let's get you to someone who can help." Laura led Xion to the doorway, Serah taking the first steps out. It was dark. The rain had stopped hours ago, but the streets were still slick and shiny in the dim streetlight.

 

"I don't see anyone. We should be clear." Serah kept her bow out, just in case. Doom had tricked her once. It wouldn't happen again. "Where should we go?"

 

"That way." Laura motioned without a moment's hesitation. "It smells like battle. It can only be them."

Sephiroth could wait no longer. He glided down from his perch, brandishing his sword high into the air. He honed in on Lightning, going in for the kill, mirroring the way he killed Aerith years ago. But before his sword could make contact with flesh, a familiar sword blocked it's path. Scowling down, the one-winged angel saw Zack Fair smirking back up at him, a newfound fury in his eyes.

Lightning spun around, the world moving in slow motion. Zack was behind her, and...

 

"Sephiroth!" She readied to attack, one of the bots grabbing her from behind. The sound of clanking metal echoed as she struggled to break free, Lightning falling forward as Tony smahed th emachine's head in.

 

"I love doing this. If only I got paid for it." He laughed, firing the repulsor into the ground. A shockwave shot in all directions, Lightning caching her footing as the bots around them fell to the ground. "You help Zack with this guy, Light. We've got these."

 

"Right." She answered with a nod. Electricity crackled around her, ambient sparks flickering to the destroyed lamp posts. "You may have gotten away last time, but we've got you now!"

"Heh. Fool" said Sephiroth. Attacks coming at him from both sides by the SOLDIER and Warrior. he effortlessly blocked all their attacks, his oversized sword gracefully flying through the air in a flurry of motion. Using a split second opportunity when the attacks stopped, he rose into the air. In a booming voice, he uttered, "Descend, Heartless Angel." Zack's eyes widened, and suddenly he felt his whole being drained of all energy, feeling as if he was hanging on by a thread of conciousness. He assumed Lightning was the same. "We...need...Cloud..."

Deadpool saw the robots attacking, and in particular, saw one that looked a lot like himself. "Hey, is that ME?!" Deadpool walked up to the robot. "Well, well, well.... who's THAT handsome devil? What's your name? Deadpool? Why, I'm Deadpool too, thanks for asking - "

 

Deadpool then looked down to see that the mechanical version of himself punched its fist right through his stomach.

 

Ow.

 

Deadpool sighed and pulled out his katanas. "Now see, THAT just won't do!" With incredible speed, Deadpool began swinging his swords with extreme skill. He soon stopped, and began to put his swords away. The second they were sheathed, the Deadpool robot fell to pieces. Deadpool then began to let his healing factor heal the hole in his stomach.

Lightning fell to one knee, all of her effort focused into just standing. Only... she couldn't. Too much was happening too fast. Her breaths were becoming heavier...

 

"Cloud..."

 

"Claire!" Serah dashed through, pulling her sister away from the SOLDIERS.Lightning fell to the ground, Serah leaning her against the wall in an alleyway.

 

"Serah?" Her vision was out of focus, but that voice gave her away. "What are yo-"

 

"Rest. We've got this." Lightning began to protest, but her sister was already gone. Serah saw Laura arrive with Xion, the X-man leaping into the fray with one graceful motion. Serah summoned her bow, drawing the string back as far as she could. She fired, the arrow piercing Sephiroth's wing. She rushed to Zack, revitalizing wave coming with her touch. "Come on! We can stop him!"

Sephiroth reached over, pulling the arrow out of his wing. He smirked. He could sense him coming nearer... That was his plan all along.

Zack got up with Serah's help, a new found energy rushing through him. That was when he heard it. The roar of an all too familair motorcycle.

Cloud rushed through the streets at an incredible speed on the Fenrir. Seeing Sephiroth and Zack finally appear in his vision, he leaped impossibly high from his motorcycle, he unseathed his sword in the air, landing with an almighty thud on the ground between his greatest enemy, and greatest friend.

 

OOC: I know Kingdom Sora had Cloud, but he hasn't posted since this begun. So I'm taking him.

Spiderman and Neku both focused on the Doom-bots, Neku clearing out large numbers of them with single blows of various psychs, but was becoming tired quickly. Spiderman, on the other hand, flung them into one another and launched a flurry of blows upon any enemies stupid enough to get close. (Sorry, I don't quite post often enough to go along with the main story stuff, so I set my characters on handling the small army for now.)

Xion summoned her keybade. She still felt weak, but she still had to try to help. She was about ready to charge at Sephiroth when she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned to See Cable behind her.

"Switch up." he said in collected voice, his left eye flashing. "Take crowd control, I'll help with Sephiroth."

"Got it." Xion acknowledged.

Xion ran out towards the robot replicas. She even saw one of her. She gritted her teeth and activated her Limit Break. Bathed in light, she started dashing around the battle field, slicing through the robots.

Cable racked the slide on his rifle and replaced his spear on his back.

"First things first." he said to himself.

He reached out with the little telekinesis he had then, combined it with the Gravimetric force field he controlled, and grabbed Sephiroth, pluming him from all sides. He left openings in the field for the others to continue their attacks as well.

"Move fast!" he yelled. "This won't work for long."

"Right!" Serah took Sephiroth in her sights, drawing the bow as far back as she could. Her muscles strained under the task, her grip releasing as her arrow roxketed toward the SOLDIER.

Laura tore the machine to pieces, her face the image of wrath tiself. She had had enough of robots for one day. Week.

 

Month.

 

Tony blasted another bot, turning to Laura. "X!" He aimed at her, firing the repulsor. Laura blocked the shot with her claws. Repulsor energy rippled through her body, threatening to tear her apart. With a might yell, she released the power in a shockwave, the boths around her shattering. Laura caught her breath, looking back to Tony, who nodded. She had seen Logan use that move before, but it seemed easier when he did it. Maybe if her skeleton was adamantium...

Sephiroth smriked evilly. It was time. Spreading his arms wide, the former SOLDIER began to glow with an unbearably bright light, blinding all the heroes facing him. The ground began to shake with an unearthly force. The light began to change colors, settling on rainbow. Just when the heroes thought they could take it no longer, it all stopped. They opened their eyes, and what they saw before them shook them to their core. Only Cloud knew what this was- Sephiroth had transformed to his god form, Safer Sephiroth.

 

Sephiroth spoke in a booming voice, that echoed across the whole city.

"Fools! i will destroy these two universes! With the help of my soon to be unleashed Meteor, nothing will stop me!"

 

"Ah, Christ... Anyone who's not prepared for one hell of a battle, I suggest you run. Now." said Cloud.

"Well that was unexpected.........." 'Terra nodded as he agreed completely with Xehanort but that was to be expected. "Doom you realize this might ruin everything............" He growled giving Doctor Doom a glare before he got to feet and draw-ed out his own Keyblade deciding what the hell to do now. 'Terra' appeared to sigh before turning as he faced Sephiroth. "This is going to be one heck of a fight............." He thought as he pointed Ends of Earth toward Sephiroth.

The Human torch had sent a fire line of fire through three clones of himself, one of Deadpool, and two of Terra's as they crumbled to the ground with a hole in each of there chests. The one of him however just continued walking toward him not affected by the fire at all. "Aw crap..................." He mumbled as decided to get the hell away form it.

{Doctor Doom}-"..........As Much as I Hate to Admit It, Very Well, Ahem, ATTENTION!, ALL REMAINING ROBOT REPLICAS!!, DIVERT YOUR MISSION OBJECTIVES TOWARDS SEPHIROTH!!!, I REPEAT, DIVERT YOUR MISSION OBJECTIVES TOWARDS SEPHIROTH!!!!."

 

Said Doctor Doom As Just Like He Said, Entering an Unholy Alliance of Sorts With the Heroes, Did All of the Robot Replicas had Ceased Their Current Battles and Were Heading Directly Towards Sephiroth, In Order To Obiviously Attack Him and Possibly Kill Him, As the Mission Objectives Deemed that Sephiroth was Only To Be Stopped As Doctor Doom Believes Sephiroth To Be the Most Dangerous Threat On the Battlefield At the Moment.
