The spell wore off, and Deadpool could move again.He remained silent for a moment, and looked away for a moment. In the blink of an eye, Deadpool drew his pistol and fired at Terra, the bullet deflecting off of his Keyblade. Deadpool could easily have killed Terra if he wanted to, but that wouldn't help anyone. "Ever do that again, and I'll slice your arms off, and shove them up to where the sun don't shine, buddy."

"Lighten up there, Deadpool!" interjected Spiderman. "Like you wouldn't freeze people in time if you could," he continued, trying to get Deadpool back to his usual annoying self and out of the "bad mojo" zone.

Captain America watched as Spider-Man emerged from the sewers.. He was glad that they found the spider, he would be a great help.

"Captain, We need to locate the rest of The Avengers." said Thor.

"Right you are." said Captain America..They needed all the help they could get- he sensed many more dark presences in this city... He then immeaditly began to try to contact the others.

Zack stood by, watching the others deal with their own affairs. He wasn't sure what to do with himself. He knew there were going to be threats even more powerful then Sephiroth in this city. Then, suddenly, something caught Zack's eye... Some sort of black portal, in an alleyway not far off. He saw the portal close, and a shady figure with jet black, spiky hair exit from the alleyway. The figure headed in the direction that blonde, spiky haired boy ran off to. Something about him didn't seem right... "I think I should tail him. I sense great darkness radiating off him..."

Neku saw one of the figures in their group heading off to follow another spiky haired evil feeling character who was in turn moving in the same direction the blond boy Neku had seen before. Curious and reprehensive, he left the group to follow the young man with the massive sword. He felt a little bad for leaving Xion, but he knew that with the impressive force around her she probably wouldn't be in much, if any, danger. The buster sword wielder, on the other hand, could potentially be taken out by their opposition without support. "Time to get a Partner in this Game I guess," Neku said to himself.

"Replicas? Oh, the manikins." Lightning turned to Xion, stepping back when she saw-

 

"Vanitas." She almost reached back for her sword, stopping as the vision dispelled.

Good to know that she still wasn't cut off. But she was linked to Vanitas and Terra to Xehanort, manikins were the least of their problems. "They're pretty accurate. Barthandelus' manikin could even use Ultima." The hazy memories returned, the crystal fal'Cie splitting open, charging Theosnosian Laughter. But they were only memories. "But we don;t know if Mateus is even planning to use them. For all we know, they could be using the data to create... 'hero-killers' out of those machines."

"Yikes. I suggest NOT letting that happen," voiced Spiderman. His day was looking worse and worse as time went by.

Terra rolled his eyes and scoffed the threat that Deadpool gave was nothing to Terra as he took his keyblade and let it rest on his shoulder before shook his head. "I've seen worse, I've dealt with worse, and it's not like I can't fix myself. He needs to try be eaten by Heartless or at least chased by one of the bigger ones and then we'll see what says about that threat." He thought as eyed Deadpool with a smirk before turning away from him. "I'd say I have a death warren now but I don't think that me actually death would happen with him." He thought again.

Said the Emperor Who had Appeared from Out of Nowhere both Strangely and Mysteriously at Where Captain America and his Group of Friends and Allies are At.

Cable pulled a rifle from his back.

"Terra, Deadpool, get off each others backs and focus on the present situation." he said, keeping an eye on the new targets popping in. "As in now!"

 

Xion stepped back from the Emperor. keeping her Keyblade up. Her feelings turning toward anger, she gritted her teeth at one of the villains behind all this.

"What do you want?" she nearly yelled at him.

{The Emperor}-"I Do Not Need to Answer a Puppet with No Strings Such as yourself Foolish Young Girl."

 

Said the Emperor as he Lifted Up his Left Hand and had Used Some Kind of Invisible Energy to Fling Xion back Flying In the Air Like she was Nothing.

Terra growled slight as he held his keyblade behind him after seeing the new foe while he gave him a sharp look. "So what do you want now!" He said darkly as he held the keyblade with a firm grip looking at the Emperor with his already furious anger rising as he attempted to not do anything rationally stupid with the new foe not knowing what he he could do before he saw him swing back Xion. "Well then how about I ask why the heck are you here?!" Terra said this with anger as looked at the Emperor with a strong feelign of anger. Oh he knew he was going to do something incredibly stupid very soon.

"Mateus!" Lightning caught Xion, placing her on the gorund as she drew her sword and shield. "Our world wasn't enough, was it? You had to drag these people into this too?!" She swept the blade through the air, Thundaga spraying out in a wide arc.

Deadpool turned to see The Emperor standing by them. He smiled under his mask and waved. "Hi, David Bowie!"

"Guess what? I'm a good guy now! Isn't that nice?" Deadpool unsheathed his katanas from his back and held them in front of himself. "You know, it's always been a personal dream of mine to hear your famous 'UNGAAAAAHHHHH' deathcry in person! NOW I CAN GET MY CHANCE!!!!!!!!!"

 

Don't blow this. This is the first time any of those people, Marvel characters aside, have seen us in action. We have a rep to live up to.

Said the Emperor as he Tossed a Small Bag Over to Deadpool for Some Reason.

"Thank you." Xion said, dusting herself off.

She stood beside Lightning, waiting for a signal from someone to strike.

 

Cable caught the bag and tossed it back to Mateus.

"First things first." he said. "That scream. I'm just as interested as Deadpool in hearing it."

Cable raised his rifle to his should, aimed, and fired at the Emperor.

Said the Emperor as he Used his Left Hand to Stop the Bullet At the Last Second and then Shoot It Right Back At Cable.

Lightning slid in front of Cable, deflecting the bullet with her shield. "I've had enough of you, Mateus!" She charged the Emperor, slashing down with as much strength as she could muster.

Xion dashed around behind the Emperor, then lunged at an angle to Lightning's attack. She sheathed her Keyblade in Light as she went.

Cable smiled at Mateus.

"Emperor?" he said, amusement in his voice. "Aren't you going to have to fight George Lucas for use of that title?"

After saying that, Cable grimaced. Just a couple of minutes since he met up with Deadpool, and here he was babbling about nonsense.

"Oh, well." he thought, opening up with full auto on the Emperor.

Captain America and Thor had indeed also noticed the conflict taking place. Thor rushed ahead to help them, as Captain America had finally got a lock on a signal. It appeared to be Stark. He began to try to track his exact coordinates, as they needed to be in touch with him as soon as possible.

Zack silently tailed the dark figure, He wanted to figure out who this guy was, as everything about him screamed 'evil', It was then that the figure suddenly let out a cackling, chilling laugh. "You can't hide forever, Ventus. I know exactly where you are." He shot a crack of dark lightning at a wall, blasting it into oblivion. And blasted to the ground with it... Zack's eyes widened. Ventus! That's who the blonde boy was! He flashbacked to meeting him years ago, at the Olympus Colliseum. Now this guy had made it personal. Zack unseathed the buster sword, attracting the figure's attention. He smiled wickedly. "So your'e the famous Zack Fair? Name's Vanitas. Pleasure to have someone else to destroy."

Spiderman had leapt onto a nearby building which was under construction as to catch the foes by surprise and figured that this was as good a chance as any. "Hey ugly!" he shouted, spraying a large net of web at Dr. Doom and the "Emperor." As it was flying through the air he grabbed and threw a metal beam from the construction site in their direction, hoping that at least one of his attacks would hit.

 

Neku:

 

"Not likely pal," shouted Neku to Vanitas as he joined Zack's side. "Need a hand?" Neku asked Zack as he got in his fighting stance. Offhandedly he wondered "Is it just me, or does this guy look a lot like that blond haired kid from earlier?"

The concrete cracked as he landed, cement dust flying into the air. Luckily the filtration system cut any of it out. "JARVIS, I need a trace on that signal."

 

I am trying, sir. The voice echoed slightly in Tony's helmet. There seems to be some electromagnetic interference eminating from the signal's origin point. I can tell you, however, that it is definitely an Avenger signal.

 

"And that's all I need to hear." Tony took a few steps forward, looking over the edge. He could survive a fall form this far (thanks to the suit), but it wasn't really... a preferred option. If seemed that whatever brought him here damaged a few of the suits systems in the process, but it was nothing he couldn't fix with a little time. He let out a quick laugh. Tony Stark with free time? Even his free time was taken up with-

 

"Alright, we've got a job to do." Tony cut himself off, servos spinning as he flexed. "Let's give this another go." He leapt off of the building, the propulsion systems spurting to life. Everything looked good... for now. Now he just needed to find that signal...

He should lead her directly to what she was looking for. She slid down the drainage pipe, blade in hand as she watched the metal suit streak through the sky. It seemed he was going to join whatever was going on in the distance...

 

But his affairs meant nothing to her. She was here for one reason: to find Lightning.

 

And no one would keep Serah Farron from getting her revenge.

Said the Emperor as he Transformed into his Lord of Hell Form that had Created a Shockwave that had Sent Everyone Flying Backwards.

Lightning found herself airborne, the second time in the last few minutes. She was hurled through a nearby window, rolling across the disheveled room until she hit a door. The impact knocked the wind out of her, the wood splitting upward. Lightning pulled herself up, catching her breath as she looked around. It looked like an apartment, although it seemed that no one had been here in years. "What is this place?"

 

"Your grave, mutant." Lightning spun around, a familiar face standing in an adjacent room. It was-

 

"Serah!" Lightning pulled herself together as she began to move forward, stopping as Serah pulled her bow back. "What are you doing? It's me!"

 

"Lies!" She shouted. "I know who- no... what... you are. Tell me where my sister is!" She fired the arrow, Lightning ducking behind the nearby wall. She heard a lamp shatter and some smaller objects fall, although she didn't look back. She couldn't; that shot was meant to kill.

 

"Serah, what are you doing?"

 

"I'm through with questions. Tell me where she is!" Lightning peeked around the corner, throwing herself out of the way as Serah slashed through the wall she had been behind moments ago. There was no way to get through to her.

 

"I'm sorry, but you leave me no choice." Lightning's weapons appeared in a flash of light, the soldier charging forward. "Serah!"

 

Serah shifted position, lifting the blade over her head. "Mystique!"

Laura, meanwhile, found herself inside of a brick wall. She pulled herself out with a groan, falling onto her hands and knees. Who exactly was this guy? And what kind of power was that? It was more like magic than anything else...

 

"That's it." Laura stood, still a little shaky. Her cuts and scratches were already healing. "I've had it up to here with you and Doom. End this. Now!" She shouted with a snarl, her claws gleaming in the firelight around them.

Deadpool stabbed his swords into the ground to keep himself from being knocked back.

 

He told us not to mock him, huh?

So we're going to mock him now, right?

 

"Damn skippy." Deadpool took out a sheet of paper from behind him and began to read it. "Let's see here... 'You look like David Bowie', 'What's with the makeup?', 'Classy deathcry', 'Why do you have Medusa hair in this form?', 'What's with the cape?'.... want me to go on?" Deadpool let go of his swords and pulled out two automatic pistols, aiming them at the Emperor. "Let's dance!" Deadpool unleashed a flurry of bullets at the Emperor, while shouting "BANG! BANGBANGBANG! BANGBANGBANGBANG!!!"

Xion slammed in to a wall. She slid to the ground and groaned. That hurt. She got up and tried to cast Cure on herself, but lacked the mana. She swallowed once, then stiffened her resolve. She could still fight. But she had to fight smart. She reared back and threw her Keyblade at the Emperor.

 

{Cable}

Cable caught himself with his telekinesis, keeping himself from hitting anything. Not wasting a moment, he took aim with the under slung grenade launcher on his rifle. He fired it at the Emperor, while forming a telekinetic shield around it to prevent it from being redirected.
